Grievance and Disciplinary Procedure & Office of Mediation and Abritration

Any player who feels aggrieved, distressed, or has other issues with another player or the command staff, should raise this immediately with the CO/XO. A mediation or investigation may take place as soon as reasonably practical to determine the issues and attempt to come to a resolution.

Disciplinary consequences may result from breaches of Obsidian Fleet regulations or the above-listed rules. These include a formal written warning, a final written warning (each issued by email), and dismissal from the sim. The severity of the offence may warrant exception to the first warning, and/or final warning stages, this will be decided by the command staff.

If any player is dissatisfied with the resolution of any issue they may escalate this to the Office of Mediation and Arbitration, or to the Task Group Commanding Officer. The contact details for the appropriate persons are available on the Obsidian Fleet website.
