Missions streamlined

Good Morning,

This morning I streamlined our Open Missions a bit more. We had way too many and it was getting confusing.

"Challenge Missions" has been closed and completed. Any future challenge's will be done in the current mission and tagged in the tag Box as challenge.

The Mission: "No Exit "- this has been closed. It ended today and any posts from that period should be posted asap!

Remaining Missions:

History Speaks - This is for backposts from prior missions and posts relating to your character's past. Ie Before you came to the Elysium - Prior postings etc

Character Spotlight - This is for character spotlight posts done with the NPC reporter - These posts need to be 500 word or more to count towards our monthly post count

Current Active Mission - Easily identifiable by the fact it normally starts with the word SEASON. This of course changes when the mission ends and a new one begins.

Active Side Missions: These are side Missions done by players who's events do not occur on normal missions, and the characters are normally off ship - Examples:

* Side Mission: The Aftermath of Kronos
* Darkness Rising - A Phoenix Lalor Sub Plot

If you have a mission like the above, let me know I will add it to the Mission Planner and Timeline and these posts DO COUNT towards our monthly posting total. - If these mission affect the Elysium or her crew in any way please let the command team know.

Subplots - like a friendship storyline or some such that happens between two or more characters are not considered side missions and their posts should be in the current active mission in accordance with the timeline stamping.

They can however be differentiated from normal mission posts by putting a title before the post title:

EG "[ Arri and Josie's grand tour] - And Now we jump!"

Please note, as long as your characters are not blowing up the ship, these do not require Command team approval.

Monthly Challenge Posts: As above, when run, are to be posted in the Active Current Mission with the Tags Box having the tag - Challenge Post

This mission is now active and I will be sending out the first post within the next 24 hours or so.

Before we start it though, I want to thank the following players for their assistance and know they have a number of pianos to drop during this mission:)

Ensign Miraj Derani
Ensign Ryan Kade III
Corporal David Tonelly

These three players took on a bare bones outline and have given us a great mission to sink our teeth into. They even let me throw my own spanner which you will all see within the next 24 hours :)
