Character Background

Personal History		Ebi was born Bacunae, a civilization on the far side of the Delta quardrant. He spent more than a decade as a Borg drone, before escaping the Collective at Tavara. Unlike many of the xBs there, Ebi quickly saw himself as something other than a soldier. He assisted in the conversion of the former drones, then made himself useful engineering hardier crops for the harsh environment on Tavara. After several years there, he chose to go his own way, exploring the Alpha and Beta quadrants. Having only experienced the relatively welcoming sentiment on Tavara, he was not prepared for the amount of hostility he encountered elsewhere. He has been moving from place to place finding work where he can. He joins the Elysium as a civilian and works in the arboretum. He is also a keen geneticist and offers his services as needed.
