| General Overview | He is rugger and gruff having most of his career as an enlisted marine, he has a no-nonsense, mission first and at all cost mentailty. He doesn't particular for career officers, no the political implication of what he does. HE has a deep destine for Brueacratics, as several of his spotters have killed over the years due to their poor planning and refusal to listen to him as a skilled professional. Character Background
| Personal History | Born in southern Florida, he spent his childhood in the backcountry, woods, and swamps. He spent much of his childhood learning to “listen to nature” as his great-great-grandfather a Miccosukee Indian medicine man used to say. Papou taught him much about tracking, hunting, and using herbs and plants. He was introduced to riffles and other firearms and like at a young age by the time he was in his teens he already won several long-distance shooting competitions and was an accomplished hunter and tracker, he summer job was as a guide at a local hunting preserve. At the age of 17 and his father’s urging he enlisted in the SFMC, he did very well in basic and was promoted to lance corporal, due to his marksmanship scores he was selected for scout sniper school. He completed sniper school 2nd in his class. Given his score in the scout sniper program, he was selected for the Force Recon program, the course was by far the most changeling gurgling one he had undertaken, it include advanced, cover and concealment, survival, escape and evasion, and sniping as well basic and advanced, integration, and counterintelligence training. He successfully completed the program inthe top 5 % of his class. And was assigned to a Marine Raider unit all information about his time in this unit is classified at the highest security level given the covert and sensitive nature of the unit's work. He did get over a dozen to confirm kills from 400+ meters but that is all that is generally known about his service during this time he was also promoted several times during the period. While it is not widely what the unit was called or what its mission was, it known to the flux of recently reassigned marine the same block of time in their record, highly classified the unit has recently disbanded, and none talk about, or even called the unit by its name all say is the were in force recon unit. The rumor of what they did run the gamit, from psyops to taking members of Klingon High council, or the Romulan Tal’Shar, to tacking down, eliminating remnants, of demons, and the Obsidian Order. Given all Marine form unit being socially distant even among the fellow marine has given rise that to whisper that the unit was part of Section 31 black project, that stepped on too many with the federation council and was recently shut down or abandoned. Whatever it was they did it left them marked irevalicaly, and will doubtless come back to haunt them. He has only recently returned to service after taking some long overdue after the re-assignment began, so he is one of the last members to be reassigned. He was assigned to the 62nd Marine detachment aboard the USS Elysium how will fear in his new position and his new environment, is he the same man he was upon entering the Raider unit, or did whatever the unit did change into someone else these are questions only time will tell and it is gonna be an interesting ride. | |
