Personality & Traits
General Overview | Toran has been described as "the more polite a Klingon can most likely get" Indeed some people actually find his personality a bit off putting at least at first. Polite, Urbane, Well read and spoken. Toran has built up a reputation among the Klingons as a diplomat who is willing to put up with a great deal to benefit the Empire. And then as a Federation Diplomat famed for fairness and the ability to consider all sides interests. While this "Tame" personality can at times cause him trouble with some of in the empire. Most no his limits and wont cross them. And the few that have crossed those lines have lead to Toran oft respected and sometimes derided moniker of "The tame killer" |
Strengths & Weaknesses | Toran has the often missing Klingon virtues of patients and empathy. This had lead to a attitude of not causing unwarranted conflict. "Understanding your enemies reason for conflict often stops one from killing a Allie they have yet to make." From the aspect of physical strengths. Toran is a large and sturdy Klingon. And surprisingly fast and agile for his age and size. The chief weaknesses demonstrated by Toran are some times supporting traits of "wander lust" and "a weakness for woman" Toran get's bored if left to do the same thing to often. The ultimate reason that he became a diplomat. And he has a well known weakness for interested women. A weakness only weakened while he was married. This trait being so well known that governments often tried to exploit and limit it's effect. |
Ambitions | Toran was in his past a rather ambitious and driven man. But after achieving a number of goals he has settled into being a bit of a hedonist by Klingon standards. His career as a Diplomat has tempered both of these traits, giving him a real drive to benefit the Federation, Empire and by extent other groups around the Quadrant. His step daughter also takes up a great deal of his energy at the moment also. The middle aged Klingon being almost comically wrapped around the girls finger. |

Medical and Psychological Information
Medical Review | Toran is in more or less good health for Middle Aged Kligon male. His large frame has caused more wear and tear on his leg joints then normal but nothing Unmanageable. A plasma burn to the side of his head has caused some nerve damage and pain, but the Klingons high pain tolerance makes this more a annoyance then a legitimate issue. |
Allergies/Health Issues | Mild food allergy to Kava plants. (Farmed on Bajor) Some joint pain in legs. Nerve damage on right side of face. Poor sight and hearing on right side of the head. |
Counseling Review | Toran is by Federation standards a well adjusted adult male. Still exhibiting some amount of the standard Klingon aggression. He is still in a deep period of morning for his wife, exhibiting depression and some amount of anxiety mostly centered on his step-daughter and his ability to raise her in a way that his late wife would have wanted. |
