Character Background
| Personal History | Born in San Francisco but raised across multiple Starfleet science postings, Elaria grew up around warp cores, training holodecks, and shipboard life. Her mother, Commander Alyssa Carlyle, taught her hand-to-hand basics from a young age, instilling in her a deep respect for discipline and situational awareness. When her mother was listed Missing in Action in 2396, Elaria redirected her grief into determination. She applied to Starfleet Academy at age 17, selecting the Security & Tactical track with the long-term goal of one day joining a starship’s strategic operations team—or leading one. Her placement aboard the USS Elysium Academy Annex was intended to give her real-world training experience in a controlled environment. Circinus quickly proved anything but controlled. |
