After his talk with Lieutenant Sullivan Christian thought it was time that he head to his Quarters and get settled in. While he wasn't on duty till tomorrow he wanted to get unpacked settled in and ready for his first duty shift tomorrow, what ever that would entail. Walking back on to Marine Country he moved over to the Barrack side of the Deck and soon found his Quarters. Walking in he immediately saw the two bunk beds, he wasn't surprised at seeing bunk beds but he was surprised that there was only two of them. He figured he should be happy at only seeing two rather than the twenty that he had back during Boot. There was a small storage space and then a small desk to share as well. Taking it in he nodded and moved over to the Bunks. They had already been assigned with his being the lower one, setting down his gear that he had picked up from the Station Supply he laid it out and started to put the equipment together and where it needed to go.

It hadn't been long before the doors opened and another Human Male walked in, he appeared to be of Christian height and weight, "Ah your here!," he said with a smile holding out his hand, "George Dumphy," Christian stood and shook George hand.

"Christian Laknema," he stated looking at George a bit more closely. He definitely stood at the same height as Christian, his skin was darker with Black hair and hazel eyes, his nose looked like it had been broken and he hadn't wished Medical to reset it to it's natural look. You could tell that he worked out like every Marine should and that he appeared to always be ready for a fight, "When did you get in?" Christian asked.

"Early this morning," George replied moving over to the desk area and having a seat, "it sure is interesting on this Vessel so far. It is very heavy on this vessel right now."

"Well that's what you get when you loose a lot of shipmates," Christian replied he knew that George was saying and he felt for the Crew it was easy to get sucked into where the crew was at the moment and he had just got here. He hoped that they could get past this quickly so that there could be closure and healing.

"This is true. Where do you come from C?"

"Earth," Christian replied putting away the last of his gear, "You G?"

"A Civilian Liner called FairHaven. Mum and Dad both worked on the vessel. We weren't Planet side very often." George replied again with that smile. Christian started to believe that George always liked to smile.

"I have done a few off Planet trips but not many," Christian replied sitting down on his bed.

"Ah so you haven't gotten your Space legs yet then," George laughed, "the coming weeks shall be interesting then. Been to the Mess Hall yet?"

"The Major showed me around the Deck but I haven't been there yet," Christian replied, "I could go for a bite if that is what your offering."

"Good... Lets go," George slapped his hands on his knees got up and they proceeded to the Mess.

::Deck 32 Marine Galley::

George and Christian walked into the Galley and picked up some food, George then moved them over to a group of four other Marines all Privates as well, "Everyone this is Christian. Christian meet Sarah, Greg, Julies, and Brian," George pointed to each one. All were human as well. Sarah had to be about his age fair skin with red hair and a small kiss of freckles on her cheeks. She wore her red hair in a tight bun. Greg was an african american decent and from looking at him in the chair you could tell that he was a scrapper as he had scars all over his fists and a few on his face from the fights he must have gotten into.

Julies short male with fair complexion hazel eyes and brown hair was just getting to the table as George and Christian were he took at seat and nodded to everyone else as well. Brain seemed the odd one out he sat in the corner of the group and seemed standoffish.

"Everyone this is Christian," George said as they took a seat, "he's new," they all smiled at him.

"Welcome to the Elysium," Sarah said, the rest of them just nodded.

"Thanks, good to be here," Christian replied.

After talking with them for a bit and getting to know them he departed them with plans to possibly join up with them later he still had to do his medical check in and he wanted to explore the vessel a bit. He figured to do the exploring first as he really was curious to see what the ship had to offer.
