Crew Physicals Review & Equipment Inspection

Olivia was at her desk in Sickbay going over a few of the crew files. There where a few marines that she had noticed that hadn't had their yearly check up yet. She was making the list of those that still needed to be seen either by one of the Medical Staff here in Sickbay or by the Marine medical staff so that it would be notated and then sent on towards Starfleet Medical showing that everything was up-to-date on the current crew of the ship. Making sure that everything was up to date on physicals could be time consuming at times but it had to be done in order to ensure that everyone was well and able to handle their positions without any problems.

After making her list of those Marines still needing to get their physicals done, Olivia sent out messages to each of them as well to Lt Colonel Azhul so that she could follow up as needed to get after them for falling behind on their yearly physicals. Olivia also made sure that a copy of the list went to Commander Taylor so that he was aware of things as well and could pass along the information as needed to the Captain.

Once the messages were sent to the marines involved that needed the reminder about their year physicals, as well as a copy over to the Lt Colonel and the Commander, Olivia started going over a few other files as well. One thing that she found was that it was time for the Captain's twins to come in for a check up to ensure that they were still doing well. Olivia went ahead and sent a message to the Captain to let her know to bring the twins in so that a check up could be done for the twins to ensure that they were well and weren't having any problems.

Once all the messages were sent out, Olivia sent a note over to Commander Sthilg to let him know as well as to what she had been doing in regards to making sure some of the crew files were being updated on the yearly physicals so far.

Closing out the files that she had opened up so far in regards to the reviews, Olivia stood up from her desk and headed out into the main part of Sickbay to check things over there as well to see if anything that needed her attention. She knew that the Commander was occupied at times with seeing after his adoptive daughter in regards to her pregnancy, so Olivia was trying to stay up on as much as she could to take some of the pressure off of the Commander so that he wouldn't have to worry about it right then.

Walking around Sickbay, Olivia checked over some of the equipment and the biobeds. She noticed that a couple of the biobeds had issues with giving the needed readings to ensure that they were working properly. Olivia made a note of the ones that needed to worked on to ensure that they were back in proper working order for when they were needing to be used. Olivia sent a message down to Engineering to let them know that a couple of the biobeds needed attention. After sending the message, Olivia also sent another message to Commander Sthlig to let him know what she had found about the biobeds and that she had already sent a message to Engineering for the work order to get the issues with the biobeds fixed. The issues with the biobeds must have happened recently for everything was working fine during the department inspection when Captain Lalor and Commander Taylor had come through the other day.
