Imik had launched from Elysium before it had cloaked, and she wasn't worried about being left behind or lost as she had psychic contact with the other telepaths on the ship. Plus as a fighter pilot during the short war, a six hour mission wasn't that unusual. This made it for Imik a normal routine flight, it also allowed her to find solitude away from the Security detail she was now shackled with.

The Elysium had been cloaked for about an hour when Imik felt and heard something familiar, this made her check around her small fighter to see if she could spot whatever it was. Nothing appeared in her sight, but that feeling was still there and growing. Imik now reached out to find what was calling to her, the response shocked her. It was Ojnas, her own people that had settled in this far off galaxy.

A voice now made its self heard in Imik's mind, *Are you attempting to be caught by the Thaih'ea? Why do you travel undefended against them?"

She concentrated and replied, *I seek only to defend my vessel, my crewmates. These Thaih'ea are of no concern of mine, only my fellow crewmates only my vessel counts.*

A ship now appeared along side her and an opening slowly opened up, *Enter quickly, before the Thaih'ea sensors detect us.*

Imik almost turn straight away, but then stopped. *How do I know you are not working with the Thaih'ea?"

*We are Ojnas, you are Ojnas. Why would we give Ojnas to the Thaih'ea? It makes no sense.*

Turning her fighter, Imik entered the vessel. It looked like home, as Ojnas moved about with purpose. Only the fighters looked out of place, they were older than hers a past generation. Opening her cockpit, she glanced at the Ojnas standing before her fighter. "My name is Imik, I serve the Ojnas Grand Council."

A small female came forward and looked at Imik, "My name is Miaji, I serve my Sinkahue and this vessel. From where do you come? This fighter is not of our people, that uniform is also not of our people." Imik stood and looked around, "I come from a United Federation vessel, I serve with aliens from all parts of the Alpha quadrant. We Ojnas have regained our home Ekotsy Prime, we also have six of the seven under our control once again."

Miaji looked shocked, " Ekotsy Prime? You lie, the home world is lost to the invader as is the seven. This ship and your uniform prove only that you collaborate with the invader."

Imik reached out with her mind and spoke to Miaji, her words and openness slowly turned disbelief into understanding.

"My Sinkahue will need to be informed of this, I will announce you to him." Miaji turned and lead the way, but others looked on worried about the stranger.

Imik now informed Miaji of her status, "I am Sinkahue and Legate Imik S'Niohun, I speak for the Ojnas Grand Council."

Miaji turned to look at her, "Sinkahue? Legate? But you are female, how can this be?"

Imik smiled, "Much has changed between our tribes Miaji, our people have regained our home and our place in the Alpha quadrant. It is where i wish to return, but for now I work to ensure the safety of the Federation vessel that will take me home."

A large male now appeared and glared at Miaji, "Dismiss Miaji, I will talk to this traitor."

Imik could see that this male was the Sinkahue, but his attitude made her cautious. "You call me traitor, but yet you know me not. How can you condemn me without evidence?"

"I am Calonis, Sinkahue of this vessel. I know nothing of the ship you arrived in save you freely traversed the Thaih'ea space openly, explain why an Ojnas would do such a thing if not a traitor?"

"I am Legate Imik S'Niohun also a Sinkahue and I speak for the Grand Council, I traverse this space to protect the Federation vessel which was propelled here by accident. We seek only free passage, not confrontation."

Miaji had by this time returned, and spoke quietly to Calonis. The Sinkahue looked hard at Imik, "Name me the system from which the invaders first came?"

"Agephia system, but it was not ours at that time. But the Tholes have released it as payment for retaining one of the seven." Imik stood firm, she could feel Calonis trying to probe her mind.

Imik now looked at Miaji, "Just so you can be fully informed, Rousev is no longer part of the seven. The Tholes retained it that is why we now possess the Agephia system, so Sinkahue what say you now?" Her eyes returned to Calonis, and her pride made her stand tall.

Calonis found this female frustrating, her disrespect and strange ways were not Ojnas in his opinion. "You stand before a Male as if you are equal to that Male, have the Ojnas fallen that far in this Federation?"

"Males and Females are now equal in the eye's of the law and in practice, I myself fought along side Males in the war against the Tholes." Imik knew that information would produce a reaction, and so she waited to see how and what these distant kin would do.

The Ojnas Sinkahue raised his head in a disbelieving attitude, "You fought the Tholes? I find this hard to believe."

Imik opened her flight suit, her medal ribbons came into view. "I was wounded in a raid on the Soor system, but by then the Federation had began peace talks. Six of the seven were returned, the Ojnas have their ancestral home returned to them."

Calonis looked shocked, "This I find hard to believe, but we will allow you to continue your patrol. But take heed Imik of the Federation, your vessel approaches a heavily guarded sector of Thaih'ea space. Their sensors are alert to both visible and cloaked vessels, give warning to this vessel you protect. Inform them to change their heading, if they proceed capture will result,"

Bowing her head, Imik knew she'd been dismissed. No aide would be forthcoming from her people, a simple warning was all they would render. "I thank you for the information, I will relay it to our Kie-Sinkahue it will be her responsibility." Turning back, Imik now boarded her fighter and made ready to launch.

Calonis ordered the bay doors open and turned to leave, Miaji approached him. "Do you believe her story? Is it safe to let her go?"

He nodded slowly, "She tells the truth, as she knows it. But once she departs alter our course, I will not watch their demise because of their stupidity."

Imik's fighter launched and the darkness closed around her, the Ojnas ship closed its bay and recloaked its self. Checking the time she made for the co-ords given to her, if Commodore chose to believe and act upon the information then she had carried out her duty.
