[ON:]

Andrinn was just coming onto duty for the day as he walked through the Diplomatic Suites onboard the Elysium. The last few days had gone off without too much of a hitch, but there were reports from throughout the ship itself of some minor fluctuations that made Andrinn's spidey senses go off. One such incident had occurred to Andrinn yesterday when he had tried to reach out to the A'jaine. While to connect with them via subspace, it was as though the ship was having trouble with the subspace transceiver assembly to the point that Andrinn thought that he wouldn't be able to get some of the answers.

However, the message went through and Andrinn was able to reach out to the A'jaine. While it had only been a day, Andrinn was hoping that he would hear something back from them before too many more issues became apparent for the ship or her crew. Andrinn just hated waiting for answers sometimes, especially when he had a sense of something coming along.

Andrinn had been feeling something for the past few days or so. He thought it was nothing, but Andrinn's mother always taught him to trust his gut instinct. Walking into his office, Andrinn quickly realized why he should have listened to his mother's advice.

The door leading to Andrinn's office quickly shut behind him and the artificial gravity quickly inverted to a negative state. Instead of being the standard 1G that it usually was throughout the entire ship, it quickly went to 0G and Andrinn quickly found himself floating in his own office. While it wasn't too bad at first and allowed for Andrinn to feel weightless for a moment, the gravity quickly switched back to 1G and made Andrinn fall back to Earth as the Humans onboard would say.

Andrinn came crashing back down and hit his shoulder on the deck plate. There was definitely a crack or a snap...or both of Andrinn's shoulder. He wasn't sure of what exactly snapped, but Andrinn was sure that it was his shoulder or something adjacent to it. Once Andrinn tried to get up off the deck, he was met with a searing pain around the shoulder joint. It was radiating around and made it a bit harder for Andrinn to use it to get up.

But, he quickly made it back up mere moments before the gravity switched back to 0G. As Andrinn was floating there, suspended in mid-air, Andrinn could have swore that he heard something like laughter. He thought it came from the computer for a moment, but it had come and gone all within a few moments. "Whoever is playing these games needs to stop! I've got a hurt shoulder and I need to get to Sickbay," Andrinn said to whoever was laughing at his expense moments prior.

With that, it was like someone was listening to his pain and suffering before was starting to feel a bit sympathetic. The gravity slowly let him back down to the deck, this time with a bit more grace. Andrinn's feet slowly met the ground this time around and he could start to assess his situation.

Andrinn quickly realized that his shoulder was dislocated and decided a trip to Sickbay was needed now instead of later. Grabbing his kit, Andrinn quickly exited his office before the ship could do anything else to him and made his way down to Sickbay.
