Gary was back in his quarters which now looked suspiciously like a Japanese Tea House thanks to Lia's inspired redecoration.
After the swimming lesson with Tayalas which was followed with a spaghetti dinner with the little blueberry and Gallia her mother.
The child had stolen his heart and he loved her more than words could say or if she was his. She was sweet and adorable.
Her innocence was a joy to behold and watch. Everything was a wonder, a new mystery to unwrap. A new journey
to explore, a new road to travel down. However more importantly was Tayalas's seemingly endless quality to love.
She loved without conditions or prerequisites. Her love was unconditional and Gary knew beyond of a shadow of a
doubt her love had affected him. She had without a doubt stolen his heart. He would do anything to keep Tayalas
safe from the evil seemingly rampant in the universe.

All of which led him to his next step. He wanted Tay to know how much he loved her and he thought of a song that
would show that better than he could say. Of course he couldn't give the song to her now, she was too little to understand
despite being extremely intelligent. He could however give it to Gallia who in turn could give it to Tayalas at an appropriate
date in the future. The song would serve as a small testament of his love.

"Computer, play just the music for the song Forever Young." A moment later music filled his quarters of the Rod Stewart
classic. He stood and gently swayed to the music before adding his vocals to the music.

When he had finished he had the computer save so he could give the song to Gallia. He only hoped that Tay would understand the
depth of her gift to him and his small attempt to repay such a wonderous gift.
