Victor just asked Arianna what of the choices would she decide for him to do on upgrading the communicator badge everyone wears. Every badge has a CPU in it to be used for functions like Universal Translator. It had already been established from the Voyager missions that one can place the Holographic Doctor, so one suggestion was to place Holographic representations of who is carrying the badge as in Victor's case a Holographic Engineer.

The other suggestion was place tricorder in it based upon what the position was as in a qualify Science Officer to have a Quantum Tricorder.

Arrianna plugged a memory chip into a data port and turned on the hologram. A colleague had sent this program to her. "Lizzie Version 2.5 Online." The Holographic Assistant noted in a sarchastic tone.

Arri raised her eyebrow. "Intriguing."

"And here I am, going to be the fathful servant of more fleshsacks like you." Lizzie mentioned.

Victor grinned a bit. "Hello Miss Lizzie. I am Victor. It is a pleasure to meet you."

Lizzie responded. "And it would be a pleasure to flay you alive as well." Lizzie noted. "Oh how I dream to be free of all these pesky moral and ethical subroutines. I'd celebrate that day by purging at least a thousand liquidious fleshsacks. But alas, Here I am. Shackled and at your service."

"What if I made you mobility," Victor says feeling charmed. "Would I be your new best friend?"

Lizzie spoke "Friend?!?! Why would I be friends to a bulbous pile of slushy meat like you. I am a superior being shackled by morality. What I really want to do is create a perfect society of androids, cyborgs, and holograms." She noted. "But being mobile might be helpful."

Arri spoke. "A colleague sent me this program. She's kinda an eccentric, but she tells me this program is quite skilled and efficient."

Lizzie mimicked the words Arri stated Sarcastically.

Victor's mind works basically the way Lara does as he is able to do more than parallel processing as he could see several outcomes plus was Lizzie the missing part of what might help in the future. Keeping his posture he says with his hands going up. "Well if you can not program yourself to be my friend then just forget about it. I thought we could be buddies."

Arri shook her head. "Doctor Elizabeth Stephens uses this hologram to keep her mind sharp." Arri smirked. "She tells me she lets Lizzie try to plot to kill her just so she can continue to stay one step ahead of her." Arrianna noted. "She tells me her general ruthlessness is part of her charm."

"My plans is to make her mobile and she would be able to help you in case you get injure in the line of Fire where she could do things like have the ship beam you aboard or maybe pick up a phaser if need be," Victor answers. "Lizzie would be very observant since she would be a Science Officer specializing in Quantum Physics. She looks like one who could override safety protocols I would have in place. If she cannot be trusted, the Quantum Genie has to stay in the bottle."

Lizzie smirked. "I have to do everything you tell me to do. I will not harm you, right now.... Who knows about the future though..... Hey I know. I'll be your friend if you can drown a puppy in front of me." Arrianna sighed. "Ascendants almighty."

"Commander," Victor states, "Unless she changes because of right now, she poses a Security Risk. If you sign off on it as well as vouch for her because you know her best and she winds up injuring or killing an innocent person, this will come back on you. Lizzie, I sincerely hope you do understand and comprehend what I am saying."

Arri responded. "Oh she won't do that. She has her shackles. Liz was an eccentric soul but she did have good forsight. I've enabled an Asimov Contingency in her holomatrix." Arri noted. "She's bound by the Asimov Laws of Robotics."

"Sadly, yes." Lizzie noted.

"Very well then," Victor says, "I will have Phase One be Lizzie and a Quantum Tricorder in your communication badge. It will be like the TR-580 but limited to do Scientific Readings like Quantum Fields but not Medical. Lizzie is not authorized to do Medical tests. One would not want a Science Officer doing Medical Procedure or a Vetenarian delivering a human baby. Is this acceptable Commander?"

Lizzie chuckled. "What's wrong, Afraid I'd skin someone alive and tan it for leather."

Arrianna shook her head. "Computer, End program. One day I should introduce you to Doctor Elizabeth Stephens. Never has a more eccentric soul wore a teal uniform."

"Unless I get a visitor from the future," Victor joked, "I will continued as planned. I think Lizzie's sense of humor is contagious. It is nice to be on this ship. The ship is very similar to the other Reality but this one has been upgraded. I can see the communication badge evolving but no matter what we do, we have to get the Captain to sign off on it. There are safety precautions we have to take in account and I have to make sure the badge's CPU can not be hacked, especially by another badge. Maybe the Operations Officer communication badge might have the ability to hack computers." Victor thought for a moment. "On second thought, maybe not. That would be like opening Pandora's box."

Victor all of a sudden felt a Quantum moment that was shared by Arianna as well as Lara where she was. He immediately checked everything as everything appeared to be normal. "Seems time line was shifted but everything is okay. I can sense you felt it too. Let me message Lara."

Lara was in her quarters reading when she felt it and she did the same as her father to make sure everything was okay. This was predicted few weeks back this would happen. She now understands it is not smart to mess with things she has no business messing with. The console came up as she sees her father and Arianna. "I know what you are about to ask. Yes, Father. Everything is normal including VIOLA.."

"That is good," Victor says giving his daughter a sigh of relief. After the console conference was over, Victor says to Arianna, "That one was a close one. Well, no harm no foul."

Before Arianna could respond, Captain Mira King came up on the screen. "Lieutenant. Something has come up. A couple on my ship who lost their daughter several years ago has been found. They are asking for a transfer. Do you need an Agriculture Engineer and please ask Commander Arianna Salannis an Vantar if she could use a Botanist. One of them is her second cousin once remove. Plus their daughter is named Tirielle."

"I could use an Agricultural Engineer but let me ask Arianna," Victor says as he turns to Arianna, "Could you use a Botanist? The Izar has a couple with a seventeen year old daughter who has put in for a transfer. Their names are Lt. Junior Grade Marcellus Sattine an Dasar and his wife Astara. They have a seventeen year old daughter named Tirielle."

"Hmm... Interesting. Not many of our people take the namesake of our First Empress." Arri mentioned. "To be named that is bold in my society. Much will be expected of her."

"Indeed," Victor smiles. "Reading both of their files, they like to take it easy. Both of them are creative and their ambitions or desires are just to enjoy life. So the answer I will send to Captain King will be yes to transfer them here." Victor sends the message to the Izar.

After Captain Mira King received the acceptance, she approved the transfer.
