Arri pushed the doorchime for Phoenix's ready room. She had completed several search queries reguarding possibile sabotage of Federation colonies near the former Klingon neutral zone and the results were surprising.

"Come" Called Phoenix as she looked up from the report from Engineering she was reading.

Arri entered. "Captain. I have need to question an inmate of a Federation Maximum Security prison, and I may need Commander Holmes' assistance." She noted.

Phoenix waved Arri to a chair. "Interesting. I am sure Lia would be eager to assist. But please, tell me more."

"About a century ago, The Federation and the Klingon Empire were indeed adversaries. Something of a cold war existed after the first Klingon Wars that ended with the Organian Peace Treaty." She noted. "During this period, both opponents engaged in proxy wars, unremitting hostility, even espionage activities to undermine each other. One of these attempts of note was the Sherman's Planet affair." She handed Phoenix a pad containing the details. "I want to question the Klingon Agent involved."

"A-Are they still living?" Phoenix was a bit puzzled. "A 100 years is a long time for Klingons to live surely."

"Klingon Biology is very hardy Captain. The organs are remarkably redundant." Arri mentioned. "It's not unknown for the oldest Klingon to live almost two hundred years, as Kang himself lived until his death in the Dominion War." She mentioned. "The agent's name, we are not sure. But he is known to the Federation as 'Arne Darvin.' In 2371 he infiltrated the USS Defiant under the alias Barry Waddle to use a Bajoran Orb to travel back to the 23rd Century with the purpose of killing James T. Kirk. His plan failed due to the efforts of the Defiant's crew, but he is now being held Elba II for attempted temporal alteration. If this Arne Darvin had inside knowledge of Klingon efforts to sabotage Federation Colonies during the time of the Sherman's Planet affair, it may help us understand if there is a Klingon connection at Cortic VI." Arrianna mentioned.

Phoenix nodded in silence and took it in. She was frankly not as the humans put it, across Klingons as well as she should be. "Ok. I will give what help I can to you."
