Mission:
Season 5: Episode 2: Operation Save Humanity
Location: Arri's Quarters.
Timeline: MD4 2130
976 words - 2 OF Standard Post Measure
Arri entered the quarters like she always did. Exhausted and Generally miserable. She waited for Josie to get off her shift. The Alindari couldn't help but to worry about Phoenix, while appearing to do whatever Yasmine Carrington asked of her. It made her moody and snappish towards subordinates. But in reality, She didn't know if her friend was dead or alive.
The door of their quarters opened and Josephine entered the room. She stripped off her jacket. "Hey Arri love" she called out.
Arri spoke, and opened a book on her counter. The title of the book was called 'The Glory of Humanity.' It's author was Philip Green. "Read this, Josie. But with caution. It is almost as seductive and twisted as Mein Kamph. I managed to get this copy from the Great University's Library from Sena Alindar. It took us quite some time to actually find writings on Green that survived Earth's 21st Centuryt."
Josie stepped over and took the book. She sat beside Arri and scanned the document. "Hmm..." she said "Yes he was loony."
"I should give this to Carrignton. It might prove useful in understanding Green's mind... She has her team of experts here to tell her everything she wants to know about Colonel Green. Why should I give a damn about Yasmine Carrington?" Arri mentioned. "She stood there and mocked a woman who endured fourteen days of torture for this Federation. We are not going to be friends."
"Because My love, you are a better person than she is." Josie gave Arri a kiss on the lips. "And if you don't people may die. Why don't you go have a soak in the tub while I make dinner" she suggested as she stood. "You need to relax Darling."
Arri spoke. "I love you... I cannot live without you..." She noted... "I'm only sane because of you."
"No, you are sane because of who you are." Josie pulled Arri to her feet. "Let me help you baby." She drew Arri into their bedroom and then to the bathroom beyond where she undressed her lover gently kissing her lips as she did so. She turned on the taps and filled the bath tub. She made sure the temp was perfect and scented it with Arri's favorite Oils. Then she helped Arri step into the tub. "When you are done, I will help you dry and dress my love, or I can do other things you like" She kissed Arri deeply. "Relax I will go deal with dinner."
Lavender and Rose.... Fresh petals... She knew Alindari and their love for beauty all right. Arri smiled wondering what else Josie might surprise her with, and Arri already had ideas for the finest dresses to surprise Josie with from the Anantan Imperial Clotheirs on Sena Alindar. Authentic Alindari Cena Silk. What else could get Arri to trade in a few favors with her cousin.
While Arri relaxed, Josie put together their meal on a tray and carried it into the bedroom and placed it on the bedside table. She then stripped her own clothing off and stepped into the bathroom. She smiled as she watched Arri relaxing in the tub. Then Josie stepped up and into the tub with Arri. She locked eyes and curtseyed to her "I am here to wash my Lady."
Arri smiled at Josie. "I thought you didn't like titles." She noted. "But that makes you sound more romantic, my love. But you may have to put up with it. We Alindari keep our tirles as tokens of respect for each other. Someimes our educational and artistic achievements and college degrees grant titles. I hold the title of Vicountess of Vantar. One of the Refugee Fleet's largest ships. And since you are to become my mate. You will hold rank too. But we don't take that too seriously." Arri noted. "In the Imperium. There is only the Alindari. Male Female, Dark complexion, Light Complexion. We are all Alindari. One people forever." Arri kissed Josie. "Racism and stratafied society was forbidded by Tirielle herself, when she stated we should be kind to each other. We even call the Federation we've joined brothers and sisters. We will stand with them, and fight for the death with them. Tirielle Commands it."
Josie slid down into the water with Arri and shifted so she sat beside her and then she whispered in Arri's ear "I only call one person My Lady, and that is you." She reached for the washer. "May i bathe you My Lady?"
"Only if I can bathe you, My Love..." Arri mentioned. "You do such wonders for my mood. I'm beginning to feel... my old self returning around you. Just for a little bit." She bathed Josie with the rose petal water. "I promise you, no matter what happens... I'll never lose what I am..."
"I know." she kissed Arri gently as she returned the favour of washing Arri's back. "You are the strongest person I know Love."
Arri kissed her and her hand finally found its way down to her leg. Teasing her. Arri was quite turned on this evening.
Josie smiled. "You are supposed to let me relax you love, not the other way around."
"Oh is that it? Alright. You relax me first, then it's your turn." Arri smiled.
They would see about that, Josie thought. "After this you can eat and then I have another surprise for you."
Arri stood and picked up a lavish silk robe. Tying it to her perfect body. It was one of Arri's Oriental Kiminos Japanese from her home in Kyoto on Earth. That and Arri often went shopping with Aurelia and had her tastes in asian silks.
Josie drained the tub and grabbed her own towel and then her robe. "Come eat." she said, having prepared the meal of Arri's favorites.
