Fernando stood in the middle of the living room. He was wearing only in his brightly colored boxers. He had moved all the furniture so the
middle of the room was clear for him to dance. He had left the holodeck at the end of the WWII tank adventure he had taken part in with
Mona, Anje, Anya, Gallia, Sammi and Liorga They were going for a dinner of roasted duck and undoubtedly a night of girl talk. While he
liked all of them and enjoyed taking part in the tank adventure, he felt like a third wheel and his inclusion would put a damper on the
ladies conversation and he had no desire to ruin the special bond they shared so here he was alone, wearing only garishly colored boxers.

He was working on learning the Tango. He and Mona had agreed it was a good dance and sexy as well. With Mona with the others having
roasted duck and good conversation. He was learning the steps. He so wanted to impress Mona. She was a good roommate and a better friend.
He longed for their relationship to go to the next level but he wasn't going to force anything and lose her friendship. "Computer play the music
for the Tango." Instantly the music filled the room and he began to dance remembering the steps the best he could. He wasn't the dancer Mona
was, the woman could flat out dance! She was poetry in motion. Compared to her he had feet of concrete.

After a considerable time he got tired of practicing. It wasn't as much fun without Mona. Then a smile crossed his face, he had an inspiration. Mona was gone at least for a little while, he could dance like he wanted! No prescribed steps to follow.Just the music that filled his heart and flowed through his veins. "Computer play "I Wanna Dance with Somebody." Soon the music and the words to the iconic song began to fill the quarters and Fernando grabbed a slender flower vase Mona was going to use for something and pretend it was a microphone and began to sing along all while wiggling his hips and jumping, gyrating across the floor. He was in his element completely and unabashingly enjoying himself as he continued to dance, sing and wiggle like a whirling dervish across the room!
