Sthilg let out a slight sigh as he flicked his tongue out a few times. That artificial smell was still clinging to his tongue like a bad meat sauce. Whoever these mercenaries were they'd know he'd be here. Especially if they were using a scent blocker.

Hearing the noise from outside he stood up. Two of the mercenaries were being quizzed by Snow who judging by the robots odd swaying was having a hard time locking onto them.

" I'll deal with them Sssnow." He said as the small robot teleported away with a yes sir. " Now what can I help you ladiesss with?" He inquired the artificial smell flooding his mouth again.

Lily kass gave a slight smile. "Doctor, this is Kara, she is our Medic. And she needs a proper check up" Her hand was firm on the other woman's back.

" Very well." the gorn said as he looked over the two. Something was familiar about this Lily Kass but he couldn't place it. " If you'll follow me Misssss Kara we can get you ssseen to."

Kara nodded and offered a smile. “Thank you Doctor” she headed to the nearest biobed and settled upon it. “I’m pregnant, approximately 8 to 10 weeks. I haven’t had the chance to see anyone for medical care up until now. I’ve had to rely on myself.”

" Very well. Pleassse deactivate any jammersss or blockersss if your using any." the gorn stated as he took his place at the biobeds computer.

Lily merely smiled. "The only blocker Kara has is the PSI Blocker we are all using, Are there any telepaths near by Doctor?"

" A few. All have taken the hypocritical oath ssso they won't read your mind without permisssssion. " the gorn replied as he glanced over. " Have we met before Misssss Kassssss. You ssseem oddly familiar."

"No Doctor we have not met before." Lily Kass replied with a straight face.

Kara looked towards Lilli before doing as the doctor asked in deactivating her psi blocker. "My psi blocker is deactivated doctor." she smiled at Sthilg.

" Very well." The gorn said as he started the scanner. " Any complantsss ssso far in the pregnancy." he inquired.

Kara shook her head. “Apart from the morning sickness, not really. This is my second pregnancy, I already have a daughter.”

" Any problemsss during the first pregnancy?" he inquired.

“Mostly severe morning sickness. Though it was a more complicated pregnancy ...” She paused. “My daughter is part Klingon, the result of an ... unwanted encounter.”

" Ah. " Sthilg said making a note.

Lily hovered beside the bio bed. But she was not watching the doctor, she was there to support Kara.

"This is a very welcome pregnancy, for reference my husband is Human."

" Well let'sss take a look." the gorn said as he looked through the data. Being use to fusing DNA strains that really didn't want to merge a full-blooded human was easy to diagnose. " There coming along great. " he said with a warm smile.

Kara breathed a sigh of relief. "I'm so happy to hear that. Being the team medic I've only had myself to rely on when it's come to medical care."

"You are a good Medic Kara" Lily said softly.

Kara smiled. "Thank you Lily, but i'm no expert when it comes to maternity care.

The gorn handed over a small data crystal as he typed out a few notes on the scan. " I've made a few recomdationsss to ajussst your diet with. I'd alssso advice you to avoid high ssstress sssituationsss. Can you hire a ssseconed medical officer?" The gorn asked Kara's commander.

"Hopefully after this mission we will be able to return to Civilian life" Lily said with a smile. "And Kara can have a relaxing pregnancy."

"I hope so!" Kara nodded. "I'd like a chance to settle into a normal life again."

" Well hopefully you can get back to a normal life sssoon." The gorn said as he handed over a copy of the scanner. " I take it you don't want the resssultsss sssaved on the database?" He asked Lily.

"No Doctor, At this point in time, to do so would cause issues." Lily replied.

The gorn reluctantly nodded. " Very well no records."

“For now anyway” Kara offered a smile. “If you download it to a PADD I’ll keep it safe and when all this over it can be added to my records.” She looked at Lily. “That will be okay won’t it Lily?”

Lily smiled faintly and nodded "Yes"

The gorn nodded as he quickly downloaded the results and handed her a data crystal.

Kara took the Crystal. “Thank you Doctor, I’ll take care of this.”
