***Welcome, my friends, to another look at the other side of the looking glass. In our universe, we see that Arrianna Salannis an Vantar returned to the USS Elysium for help in recovering with her ordeal with Kyle Cragen and Micheal Bishop. Here we explore what might have happened if Arrianna admitted there was no going back to her old life. Here we see what could have happened if Arrianna allowed herself to be consumed by her hatred for Kyle Cragen.***

Note: This post may have some disturbing scenes.

*Four Months after Arrianna was returned to Sena Alindar. Lissepia, Alpha Quadrant.*

A dark figure walked towards a warehouse in a darkened urban spral of Lissepia's capital. Her fit figure walked slowly, she was a brunette, short hair, black leather jacket, a disruptor in her leg holster. Her name was Veronica Tate..."

'I am not Arrianna Salannis an Vantar anymore. She died sometime ago.'

She old herself. She took cover near the door and prepared herself. Activating a visor on her temples that appeared over her eyes, she flipped open small console on her wrist and began to penetrate the warehouse's computers, uploading a series of viruses. She glanced around and noticed a chain-gang of women being lead into the warehouse.

The same Federation that talked about universal rights for all sentients.. did not even enforce such ideals beyond their borders. Instead, they followed the Prime Directive. She heard the sounds of whipping inside, and screams of women as these bastards began the process of breaking them. Just like she was broken by Bishop. Just like Josephine became something else. Just like Phoenix rescuing her, but leaving Josie to be destroyed.

Josie... Veronica Tate thought about the woman she once was, Arrianna was a better woman before she was destroyed and remade into Flossie.. Now all that was left was Veronica's hatred of the criminal underworld, Orions, and anyone who had ever taken or bought a slave in their lives.

There was going to be a rekoning.

As the Orion Taskmasters continued their whipping session, the lights in the warehouse went our. Veronica entered using nightvision and opened fire on each and every slaver. Shooting them efficently. As usual, these fools did not bother to wear night vision or some kind of augmented vision. They tried to trace back the source of the fire, but their attacker was too smart. She had the advantage on them in the dark.

It was a common, effective Alindari tactic that had been developed during the long exile. Blind the enemy, Confuse the Enemy, Destroy their ability to fight.

Silence fell over the warehouse as the captured women wimpered. Veronica tapped her wrist console and the lights turned on. She walked down the isle of chained slaves, shooting the chains.

She then noticed one of the Orions crawling towards a rifle.. Wounded and bleeding. She walked up and kicked it out of the way.

"Please... Have mercy... I don't want to die." He pleaded. "Please...."

Veronica examined a table of torture instruments and picked up a Klingon Painstick.

"Do you know how much pain this thing inflicts?" Veronica noted. "Especially when it's applied in a certain way?" Veronica picked up a regenerator and regenerated the Orion's leg wound just enough so he wouldn't blead out. She then grabbed him at the point of her disruptor and put him on one of the torture beds, chaining the slaver down while the freed slaves watched. She then used some of the leather restraints to strap the painstick's leads directly to his spinal column, held in place around his neck.

Flipping the switch, the Orion began shreaking in pain. She walked away as his screams would last as long as the painstick's power cell would.

'He'll never, ever enslave anyone again.' Veronica noted.

"Your lives are yours again. Leave this place." She told the liberated slaves as she walked away.

One of the slaves who had waited for freedom for years looked at her.

"Poor woman..."

"What do you mean?" A freed Bolian noted.

"They broke her... Only a slave understands that kind of pain."

The other slaves left, if there was security on Lissepia, they would be alerted by the Orion, constantly in pain, and seven bodies of Orion taskmasters in the warehouse.
