Andrinn had just opened the comms to the A'jaine homeworld and was waiting to see if Brother Ludias was available. Andrinn wasn't sure of the sleep schedule for the A'jaine, so he wasn't sure if he would be able to talk to Brother Ludias right away or if he would have to leave a message for Ludias to call him back.

However, it wasn't long before the symbol of Starfleet and the Federation was replaced with that of Brother Ludias. He smiled warmly as he said, "Mr. Orin, what a pleasure to see you again. I heard that you needed some help with some information about some local species?"

Andrinn smiled back, matching pace with Brother Ludias. He replied, "Yeah, I was wondering if you'd be able to help me with some more information about two species that I saw in the information that your government sent over. There were two local species that interested me and I was hoping that you'd might be able to answer some questions about them."

Brother Ludias nodded as he said, "I would be honored to help a friend out with that. What two species were you wanting to know more about?"

Andrinn grabbed a PADD and pulled up the name of the two species that he was curious about as he replied, "I think the names of the two species are called the Senti and the Zaroodian. The Senti are the ones who appear to have blue skin, while the Zaroodian appear to have red skin. The first question I had was how much interaction that you guys have had with them recently?"

Brother Ludias chuckled for a brief moment and said, "Ah! What an interesting bunch of species that you've mentioned and are curious about. But, to answer your question, we've traded some silks and garments recently with the Zaroodian, while we've traded medical supplies with the Senti about two of your months ago."

Andrinn was writing all this information down on his PADD while Ludias was talking. Once he was done writing, Andrinn looked back at Ludias and asked, "If I might be so bold to ask, why did you trade such stuff to these two? Again, this is to make sure that I have as much information as I can about these two species."

Brother Ludias smiled and said, "Oh, you're just curious, Mr. Orin. The Zaroodian are a species that actually stands about 7 feet tall, so they go through quite a bit of material for their clothing and uniforms. The Senti needed the medical supplies due to their...unique anatomy. When they give birth, which happens more often than you think with the Senti, they often give birth to 3-4 children at a time. I don't know the direct translation to Federation Standard, but it's typical for them to have quite a few kids at a time. So, they needed some medical equipment to help upgrade their own to make sure their mothers and families had the best care possible throughout the whole process."

Andrinn was writing as much of this down as quickly as humanly possible on that PADD of his. Once Ludias was done talking and Andrinn was done writing, Andrinn looked back at the comm panel in front of him and asked Ludias, "How long have you been in contact with these species and how much do you know about their histories?"

Brother Ludias tilted his head slightly to the side before taking a deep breath in. He appeared as though he was trying to figure out the best response to Andrinn's question, but wasn't coming up with the best answer. Brother Ludias finally responded as he replied, "You know, I'm not entirely sure. But, I can get you in touch with representatives of each species, if you'd like to ask more questions of them and their own, personal History."

Once Andrinn heard that he might be able to talk to these species, he knew that he wanted to jump on this opportunity as quickly as possible. Looking at Ludias, Andrinn replied, "That would be lovely. Is there anything special that I would need to do before meeting their representatives or talking to them?"

Brother Ludias shook his head in the negative before replying, "No, nothing special. Just be yourself and they'd absolutely love you. Would you like me to go ahead and set up the meeting for you with their ambassadors?"

"Yeah, I would love for that to be set up, if that would be possible," Andrinn replied, absolutely delighted to make more friends in this part of the universe. With everything that had gone on thus far, Andrinn knew that friends were valuable and if this meeting could be set up, he knew that it would be a step in the right direction.

"Alright, I'll reach out to my contacts within their governments to see if they'd be willing to talk to you and your starship. I'll reach out to you in...let's say about 24 of your hours. That should hopefully be enough time for me to hear something back from each of their representatives about if they'd like to open up talks with you. How does that sound?" Brother Ludias asked, thinking about the time he would need to reach out to his ties within the government.

Andrinn shook his head and replied, "That would be amazing. Is there anything you'd like from me before you reach out to them?"

"No because like I said, they're not expecting pomp and circumstance before you even meet them. They just want to meet the people behind the ship, in your case," Brother Ludias replied.

"Well, I hope to hear from you soon then and I'll let you go, so that you can make contact with each of the species. I really do appreciate everything that you have done for me today. Just let me know if there's anything that I can do beforehand, or if there's anything I can do to help you guys out," Andrinn replied with a warm smile.

Brother Ludias smiled back and said, "I will. As for now, good luck and safe travels." Ludias closed the channel before Andrinn closed it on his end. Andrinn was excited to see what was to come of the next 24 hours and to see if he could make contact with two more friendly species in the time to come. He knew that the Elysium could use it, especially being in this new area of space.

As for now, he sat back down at his desk and input the information from his PADD to his console, to make sure that everything was up to date before making first contact with two new species.
