Spring Cleaning

Andrinn had just reported on duty when he stepped onto Deck Two and looked around. A lot had been happening over the past few hours and days that nobody really had a moment to stop and look around properly.

The diplomatic suites on deck two looked like a tornado had come through and left behind remnants of various societies relics and historical artifacts. Not that the suites looked messy. Just......transitioning Andrinn thought to himself. Something in need of some 'spring cleaning' as the humans liked to call it.

So, Andrinn went to his office and put the stack of PADDs that he had in his hand down on his desk and started to get to work. There were several techs and others on duty that were working on various things throughout the suites. Andrinn clapped his hands together and got their attention really quick before speaking.

"Okay! Everyone, eyes over here please! I need some help with what hopefully will become a quick and easy project if we all do a little part of it," Andrinn said as all the people came closer and formed a semi circle around Andrinn. He looked around and waited for everyone to get around him before he started to talk again. Andrinn said, "Alright! So, since we've been in crazy, hectic mode the last few days and weeks, we've not had a good chance to do a little bit of spring cleaning as the humans call it of the diplomatic suites. We've been hosting dinners, doing treaties, doing what we do best. Now.....lets give the diplomatic suite a refresh, so that we can continue to do that."

Everyone started to murmur around Andrinn. It wasn't bad talking. Just something that most of the people down there haven't heard from Andrinn before. But, it was something that made people happy it appeared. Andrinn looked around to make sure everyone had a moment to chew on it and process what he was talking about. Once that happened, Andrinn said, "Okay, since there's several of us here and a good amount of people, I'll divide you into groups and tell you where to go and what to do. Then, I'll jump in and help as I go around."

Andrinn started to divide people into various groups, assigning them areas and tasks to work on, and once everyone had their assignments, Andrinn let them have it.

Everyone worked together to make the diplomatic suites look spotless. They all helped to straighten displays, artifacts, and other cultural displays that had been put up in honor of Teevs' species and other species from around the Milky Way Galaxy that might have gotten off kilter since the diplomatic luncheon. Others worked on putting away and changing out some of those displays at the behest of Andrinn himself. He made sure that everything that was taken down and put up was done so with the upmost care and dignity for the people that had loaned these things to the Elysium.

Before too long, the diplomatic suite started to look even better than Andrinn had imagined it in quite some time. Once everything was completed, Andrinn gathered everyone who helped out and thanked them for all the hard work that they just did before sending them back on their ways to complete the tasks that they were previously on. They quickly dispersed and Andrinn made his way back over to his office to get his duties truly started.
