Gary stood in his quarters, Lia had gone back to her quarters to get and bring some of her belongings over to his. He offered
to help but she politely refused and he didn't push the issue. He knew she wanted to be alone. She had been through a lot, they all
had ( those that had been rescued from the prison) and Lia was having a difficult time coping with what had been done to her. He
knew she loved him and he her but he wished with all his heart she could understand just how deeply he loved her. Lia wasn't a
fling or a notch on the bedpost, a one night stand but a long term commitment and relationship. he was in this for the long haul. He
wanted to grow old with her, maybe have a family if fate smiled on them in that regard. However the important part of this equation
was Lia and her well being both physically and mentally and right now she was extremely fragile at least mentally. He however would
never leave her alone to face and deal with the problems that loomed before her. They were a team and he would do anything for her.
Nothing she asked was too great.

He went into the bedroom and began clearing both closet and dresser space for Lia's belongings. He smiled at what she had said earlier
about changing his quarters into a Japanese Tea House. That would be quite a change and an improvement over his decidedly 'bachelor
look'. Time would tell just how serious and dedicated she was to transforming his quarters. Upon further reflection he hoped she would
undertake the task as it would keep her busy both physically and mentally and not give her the opportunity to think of anything else.

He walked over to the bed and flopped down on it. Lying there, his hands behind his head, he spoke "Computer, Play Make You Feel My
Love by Adele." An instant later the song had begun and Gary lay there quietly singing along hoping Lia would recognize just how much
she meant to him. How deeply he loved her and just what he would do for her.
