After a busy morning Alicia decided to drop by Sickbay and get her tracker implant sorted. She had no doubt the medical staff were as busy as she was with crew members dropping by to have theirs fitted as well. Walking into Sickbay she smiled politely as she saw Tallia.

"Good afternoon, Lieutenant Kelea." Tallia greeted, incorrectly using the chief counselor's pre-marriage name, "What can we do for you?"

“I thought I’d best drop by and have my implant done.” Alicia smiled. “Oh and it’s Kelea-Salik now.”

"Okay, just to avoid confusion, how about we just continue to be Tallia and Alicia?" Tallia offered, "Those haven't changed and most likely won't, so they should remain safe."

“Sounds good to me” Alicia grinned.

"Great." Tallia smiled, whipping out her trusty medical tricorder and beginning a scan of the chief counselor.

“As far as I know everything should be okay. The surgery I recently had done hasn’t given me any problems.” She smiled. “I was getting some headaches from my bonding with Savar but we’ve managed to sort that.”

"That's good." Tallia said warmly, scanning the tricorder readings and smiling, "Good news, Counselor, you're in the proverbial pink."

“Thank you Tallia that’s good to know” Alicia smiled. “I don’t know about you but I’ll be glad when we get out of this zone.”

"Me, too." Tallia confessed somewhat sheepishly, not wanting to seem weak or scared in front of another officer, but, since the counselor spoke it first, she felt secure following suit.

“This zone is enough to make anyone feel afraid. I’m going to head to the bridge now and keep an eye on things from up there.” Alicia smiled. “Somehow it makes me feel less nervous.”

"Sounds great." Tallia replied, "So, if anything feels wrong, come see me."

“I will don’t worry!” Alicia smiled warmly. “If I start seeing things that aren’t there you’ll be the first to know!” She grinned as she started heading for the door.

"Whoa, hold on a second, please?" Tallia asked, wondering if the counselor had just made a huge breach of Dr. Sthilg's privacy, "What do you mean seeing things that aren't there?"

“Oh...” Alicia looked at Talia. “That’s generally what happens when people get spooked. They see and hear things that aren’t there, simply a case of overactive imagination. It can seem very real to some people though and in this zone I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what happens.”

"That's true." Tallia nodded, happy that Sthilg hadn't been violated and she was apparently talking about someone else's ghosts and or hallucinations.

Alicia nodded before heading on her way, the sooner they were out of the void the better.
