Tavrus had reached out to the medical department after his meeting with the ship's chief intelligence officer, and had been told he could be slipped into the day's schedule if hot hoofed it down to the sickbay. He'd never heard that particular phrase, but he assumed it meant for him to get there quickly, so he did just that. Strolling through the two large doors, he surveyed the rather large area, and the various instruments of the medical profession that took up some of the space, as well as various officers, most of them in the blue uniform of medical.

Appraoching one of them, a rather large officer, clearly reptiloid, standing quite a bit taller than he himself did. He searched his memories and came up with no species name, nor designation, from his time as a Drone, but something tickled at the back of his mind from his time at the academy, and then suddenly he remembered, 'He's a Gorn... How fascinating!' he thought to himself.

"Commander Sthilg?" he asked as he came close enough to speak.

" Yesss that'sss me cadet how can I help you." the lizard asked a steaming mug of coffee in his hand.

"Cadet Tavrus Saral, reporting for my boarding physical, and also to discuss some of my more... interesting needs," Tavrus replied.

"Of courssse. Pleassse take a ssseat on one of the bio bedsss and we'll get you ssseen to." The doctor said as he lead the way.

Tavrus moved over to the biobed and hopped up onto it, settling into a stiff-backed seated position that would allow the doctor to get a good set of scans. "Thank you for taking the time to do this," he said, smiling slightly.

" It'sss what were here for. " the gorn said as he started up the scanner. " Ssso any injuriesss or incidentsss sssince your lassst ssscan that isn't on file?" he asked calmly.

"No, Sir. No injuries, or incidents," Tavrus replied, watching as the doctor made notations and began his scans. "Are you familiar with my file in any way? I'm not sure if they'd have flagged it or not when they sent it over."

The gorn nodded. " I have been made aware of your condition. I read all the filesss I have sssent to my ssship. Are you okay to discussss it openly?" he asked professionally

Tavrus nodded, "Of course, sir. I see no reason to be secretive. I have at least one fully visible implant, so I expect word will get around quickly."

" Had to asssk. Are any of your implantsss giving you trouble or pain?" The doctor inquired.

"Pain? I wouldn't exactly say pain, more just general discomfort, especially the external ones, but I have grown used to that over the past few years," Tavrus replied. "And as for trouble, no, they are all operating, to the best I can determine, at peak efficiency."

" If any of that changes let me know." The gorn said taking a few notes before looking at the incoming scan results. " Ssso how are you finding the ssship?"
