Medical Appointments

As he entered his quarters, he decided a personal log was necessary. Turak spoke, "Computer, start personal log." As he sat down on his couch he said, "well, today was full of medical appointments and work was boring - the first appointment was with medical for my annual checkup.....and sure enough, I am fit for duty!" He paused and looked at the chrono, it was late. He went on, "the second appointment was with the ship's counselor. I could tell that she cared and performed her job to the best of her ability, but there wasn't much to talk about. Sarah has been gone for a little while now and I have an established network of friends and family that I can talk to if needed. Anyhow, there wasn't much else to say there, she marked my record as 'fit for duty.' Again, no surprise there either. Anyhow, I think I'll take in a movie before going to bed, a comedy perhaps? Computer, end personal log."
