Conor laid on a medical bed in sickbay after he was knocked unconscious from being thrown to the floor when the Elysium went through the temporal anomaly.

*Flashback*

Ensign Conor Cage, boarded the shuttle that took him from the Starfleet Academy to the USS Elysium. He had heard things about the Elysium. Mainly they centered on the disappearance of the Elysium in 2394. Conor believed that the Elysium had not actually disappeared but rather was sent on a mission that was to secretive for the public to know and it took longer than expected thus the cover story it being lost. He generally didn’t advertise this belief due to the fact he wanted to get through the Academy with as little incidents as possible.

Conor was jolted out of his thoughts when the shuttle docked with the ship. He grabbed his bag off the floor and proceeded to the back hatch waiting for it to drop. Conor disembarked from the shuttle immediately. He looked down at the PADD in his hand and saw he was to report to a Lt Casper Thornhill, Chief Intelligence Officer or the XO. Conor having reviewed the ship’s layout figured he shouldn’t have a problem finding the turbolift from the shuttlebay. He exited the shuttlebay turning right then turned left and didn’t find a turbolift.

Conor scratched his head thinking that the turbolift should be right there. He began to wonder around the deck he was on passing several crewman who either ignored him or gave him questioning glances. Conor then found himself in at a door that read Captain’s Quarters. He started to put his hand up to ring the doorbell but then remembered that he needed to report to his department lead. Conor immediately took out his PADD again and thumbed through it to the Elysium deck plans. He found that the Captains Quarters were on same deck as Shuttlebay 1 lower level. He immediately knew that he was not on Deck 14 like he thought he had been but instead was on Deck 16.

Conor then reoriented himself and headed towards the turbolift on Deck 16. He made it there with no further incident and then proceeded to Deck 31. Conor exited the turbolift and had no problem finding the Intel section and Lt Thornhil. Conor walked up to Lt Thornhill and stood at attention, “Ensign Conor Cage, reporting for duty.”

*End of Flashback*

Conor shot straight up to a seated position on the bed and looked around. He had a look of confusion on his face not knowing what had happened or how he had gotten to sickbay. Conor got off the bed after seeing there were more critically injured people who may need a bed. Conor then proceeded to exit sickbay knowing that he would only be a hindrance if he stayed.
