Sthilg smiled to himself as he watched his patient leave the room. Turning to his screen he looked at the next patient on the list. He felt icy cold as he saw Nerinath name on the list. After what his mirror universe self had done to her he always had that guilty feeling any time he saw her.

Looking into the reflection of his office glass he shook his head a few times. She doesn't blame you for what he did he told himself before he straightened his coat and headed for the reception area.

Nerinath was sitting quietly reading something on a PADD as she waited. She had worked hard to be able to come into medical without a counselor in her ear. She reminded herself constantly that this was not the man who did this. She looked up as the Gorn entered and forced herself to stand and smile. "Hey Doc" she was relieved her voice was normal.

" Hello Nerinath here for your checkup?" he asked doing his best to keep calm.

"Yes Sir as per the medical orders" The Andorian smiled.

" Well, let'sss get you ssseen to. Any discomfort from your antenna? " The doctor inquired.

"No, and they work fine. My balance has been as normal." Neri said as they moved into the medical bay.

" That'sss good. Let'sss get a look inside you make sssure everything okay." he said patting one of the biobeds.

Neri took a seat as directed. "I have yet to try them out in Andorian weather."

" Well let'sss take a look." the gorn said as he lowered the scanner. A smile began to creep over his face. Bringing up a holo image he moved it let the andorian see the image. " Everything looking good. Asss you can sssee there'sss no sssign of tissssue rejection."

"Thats good." She smiled. "And my hair grew back well

" Indeed. " The doc replied with a sense of joy in his voice. " Any residual green ssskin?" he inquired.

The Andorian shook her head. "no. I.. check, a lot. But no, no green skin."

" Another good sssign. No irritation from the area'sss we had to unmodify?" He said inquiring on the last of the thing the animal had done to her.

Neri shook her head. "No." She replied honestly. "You fixed me up perfectly doc."

The gorn paused at those words. " Leassst I can do," he said before going back to examining the scanning results. " Is there anything you'd like me to take a look at? Any pain or achesss?" he inquired.

"If you can count this as my annual physical it would be appreciated" The Andorian said with a sheepish smile.

" Off courssse my dear. The ssscanner will jussst need a little longer." the elderly doctor replied.

Nodding the Andorian sat there. "That's fine with me"

" Jussst lean back then and relax thisss won't take long." the doctor replied.

Neri did as she was told, it was not that big a deal, she told herself. She got this done and out of the way.

A smile came over the gorns face as he gave her a reassuring thumbs up. " Everything'sss looking good."

Neri sat up and slid off the bio bed. "Thank you doctor!" she said her smile a true smile.

" Take care and don't hesssitate to asssk if you have problemsss." The gorn said as he saved the results.

"I won't." The Andorian beamed and with a wave scampered from the medical bay.
