Anna came to the door as N'vok arrived. She was dressed in a black dress that left her back and much of her bust exposed, with her hair worn down but an elegant, sparkling necklace dangling and a slash up to her hip. Her quarters were lit by candlelight and the table was set for two. She extended a hand to him softly. "I'm glad we finally got some time," she said.
N'vok, dressed in a silver-grey leisure suit over a black turtle neck, took Anna's hand and bowed over it. "We seem to be bouncing from emergency to emergency. It is indeed good to find a quiet moment to spend with you."
"You're right," Anna agreed, as she smiled to him. "On both counts." She shifted her hips slightly. "What do you think?"
"You look lovely," he said after a moment's consideration. "The cut emphasizes your figure most beautifully. A superb choice." He nodded.
"It is a delightful start to the evening."
She pulled him closer and smiled, leaning up to give him a kiss. Then she turned and headed back inside. "Are you ready to try my attempt at pok'tar?" she said, almost teasingly.
He nodded. "I am looking forward to it," he said, following behind her. "It is kind of you to make such an effort."
"I just hope you like it," she said as she set the table, taking a seat.
"It looks lovely," he said. Deftly, he used his fork to spear a section and eat it. "It is good. I prefer a bit more vinegar. But my tastes are at odds with the usual preparation." He looked to Anna. "How do you find it?"
Anna took a bite and chewed it slowly. She looked thoughtful. "I think it might taste better with a little vinegar." She smiled coyly at him. "Are you saying you're more flavorful than the average Vulcan?"
N'vok pauses. "That I cannot say, I have not eaten part of myself." He then nods to the food. "But I certainly have different tastes than the average Vulcan." He looks to her and reaches out to stroke her knee. "In both food and other things."
She grins. "Do you now?" She felt his hand on her knee, lifting her leg and smiling warmly. "There is a certain history between Vulcans and Ardanans, you know?"
N'vok lightly touches Anna's upper calf. "Please continue, Anna."
"We have been known to make even traditional Vulcans lose something of their reserve," she said, smiling at his touch. She drew her foot slightly back, the shoe level with his hand.
N'vok gently worked off her shoe, running his fingers sensually along her sole. "Would you like me to lose part of my reserve, Anna?"
"I think I would, N'vok," Anna said with a smile as she felt his strong fingers in the soft flesh of her sole.
N'vok pushed the table aside and knelt down to remove Anna's other shoe. He looked up at her. "How much should I lose?"
"All of it," she said as she, well....It was a good night.
