A Quiet Get Together

Gary looked around the quarters, soft music was playing, he had champagne chilling and he had prepared some snacks for the evening, now all that was needed was for the guest of honor one Azhul Naxea to arrive. They hadn't celebrated Christmas together and Gary felt bad over it but Naxea had her own obligations to deal with. Her Christmas gifts were still here. He was determined that they see the new year in together. He smiled to himself, He enjoyed spending and being with Naxea their relationship was definitely serious and he could honestly say he was happy over that and that he loved the marine CO.

He was dressed in casual clothes, grey slacks, a maroon colored shirt and black loafers. LL was off at a friends. This was quality alone time for Naxea and himself. he didn't know about her, but he needed it. he walked back into the kitchen and checked on the pigs in a blanket as well as the cheese and crackers spread. he had some shrimp in the cooler in case Naxea preferred that instead of the pigs in a blanket. he glanced at the chrono, she would be arriving shortly.

Approaching Gary's Quarters, Naxea was dressed in a green wrap dress with a V neck and low heels. She was happy not to be covered in Andorian Yams as she approached the door. Letting out a breath, she smoothed her dress before pressing the door chime.

Hearing the door chime. Gary got off the couch and went to the door. Pressing the unlock button the door slid open to reveal Naxea standing there in a green wrap dress with a V neck and low heel and looking absolutely radiant. he smiled broadly at her. "Looking beautiful Naxea, come on in." As he stepped back to allow her to enter.


"Thank you," she said as she entered the quarters. "The food smells good." As the door slid close behind her, she moved to give Gary a kiss

"Thanks. I hope it tastes good " He teased as he turned and took Naxea in his arms kissing her tenderly. Savoring the kiss he slowly broke it, "Come take a seat on the couch or if you prefer you can join me in the kitchen and see just what is cooking." He
paused, "Oh, by the way, belated Merry Christmas."

"I'll join you in the kitchen," she smiled, making her way into the kitchen . "Even though I don't celebrate it, thank you. Merry Christmas to you as well. Did LL enjoy her Christmas?"

"Excellent, can never have too many cooks." Gary bantered as they walked back into the kitchen. "Thank you for the Christmas wishes. LL had a wonderful Christmas. She loves the dress you picked out for her. In fact, hold on." Gary said as he left the kitchen and went into the living room coming back moments later with a neatly wrapped box. "Merry Christmas Naxea." He said as he handed her the box.

Naxea took the box, grinning. "You didn't have to get me anything,". She opened the present and box, pulling out a violet silk pj with shorts and a tank top. She looked from the box to Gary, raising an eyebrow. "I somehow doubt I would be wearing this long around you," she teased.

Gary nodded, "I know I didn't but I wanted to. I hope you like them and no you probably wouldn't be wearing them long but you would look fantastic as long as you were and..." He added, "You did give me a present, Your friendship, your companionship and most importantly your love.'

"You know how to charm a lady." Naxea set the present down and approached Gar, wrapping her arms around him and giving him a passionate kiss.

Gary's arms came up and around Naxea holding her lightly but close as his lips met hers. When the kiss broke, Gary smiled, "I know you know what I am about to say at least I hope you do but I want to say it. "I love you Naxea." Then he kissed her again.

As the kiss broke, Naxea grinned as she looked at Gary. "I love you too, Gary. So, what's for dinner?" she asked, taking a step back to look around the kitchen.

Gary smiled, "Well, I have pigs in the blanket, cheese and crackers as appetizers and the main course tempura shrimp with rice with a Polynesian sauce and of course wine or champagne whichever you prefer."

"Well, it smells good," she commented. "What do you need help with?"

"Thank you. That's a good question. You can get the shrimp out of the cooler and set them on the table. Decide what you want to drink and fill our glasses and i'll bring the pigs in the blanket." Gary answered.

"Sounds good," she said as she moved to grab the shrimp. A few minutes later, she grabbed two glasses of wine and made her way to the dining area

Gary followed her with the pigs in a blanket. "I left the cheese and cracker spread in the kitchen. I thought we could have it later unless you want it now."

"You know. For an XO, you have no command delegation ability do you?" she teased him about leaving the crackers up to her as she sat down on the sofa, handing him a glass of wine ."

Gary took the offered glass of wine and smiled at her, "No need to delegate cracker spread detail. I can handle that or you can." He finished with a broad grin.

"Cheese and crackers can wait," she replied, chuckling before taking a sip of the wine. "Where is LL?"

"I agree," Gary replied with a smile. "As to where LL is, she is at the Henderson's. They are having a birthday party for their daughter Mars who is her age and they have become friends."

"That's good. I hope she has fun," Naxea commented as she grabbed a pig in the blanket and ate it.

"It's a birthday party with cake and ice cream, she'll love it." Gary answered and then continued, "It also means you can spend the night and try out your Christmas present." He finished grinning.

"Ah. So the present was just a part of an elaborate plan to get me to stay over," Naxea teased him, grinning. "I'll wait to reserve my decision until dinner. So the food better be good."

"You marines are so skeptical." Gary bantered back, smiling broadly as he did. "You do that, As for the food, you just had some, how was it?"

Eh," she shrugged. "It was ok," she teased, unable to hold her laughter in, she broke out after a few moments.

Gary eyed her skeptically, "Only Ok?" He asked before Naxea broke out in laughter. "Ah, I thought so." He bantered back.

"It's actually very good," she commented.

After dinner, Naxea grabbed the new PJs and went into the lavatory to change. A few minutes later, she emerged wearing the silk Pjs.

Gary let out a low whistle of approval at seeing Naxea in the Pjs he had bought for her. "Oh wow! You look fantastic! How do they feel?"

"They feel great," she replied, sitting down on the couch next to Gary, leaning against him. "Thank you," she kissed him.

"You look great in them." Gary repeated "And you are welcome." As he returned the kiss just enjoying the moment with Naxea,

Naxea held Gary's hand. "Perhaps we should retire to your bedroom," she said softly.

Gary squeezed Naxea's hand softly cementing their relationship, their commitment, their love for and to each other. "I think that's an excellent idea." He whispered to her as he stood and brought her up with him. Then in one swift move he scooped her up into his arms,

Naxea wrapped her arms around Gary's neck as he carried her into the bedroom. As he laid her down she pulled off the pj top.

Gary looked down at Naxea as she removed her pj top, A smile coming to his face, as he bent down and tenderly kissed her lips, throat and neck with light feathery kisses.

Naxea arched her back at Gary's touch as she slid her bottom off, wrapping her legs around his waist.

Gary's smile broaden as he continued his slow ministrations, wanting to make this as pleasurable as possible for Naxea.

Naxea fumbled some with Gary's shirt as she kissed him as she moved to pull it off.

Gary chuckled softly as Naxea fumbled with removing his shirt. "Having trouble darling?" Even as he returned her kisses.

"Hush,* she replied, chuckling as she finally got the shirt off.

"Oh, such a commanding tone." Gary bantered back playfully.

Naxea ran her hands up his chest and around his neck, pulling him into a deep kiss.

Gary returned the kiss as Naxea pulled him down to her. His own hands at her slender waist, lightly moving up and down her sides as she let out a soft moan, arching her back slightly.

The next morning, Naxea stirred as she felt Gary's arms around her still naked form and his body pressed against her. She didn't want to move as she felt comfortable and content.

Gary stirred as he felt Naxea move within his grasp, His eyes opened and he looked at her, "Good morning. Sleep well?"

"Very well," she said before turning over to face him. "I enjoy being here with you."

"I am delighted to hear it." Gary replied with a grin "And for the record, I very much enjoy you being here."

She gave him a kiss , reluctantly braking it off after a few moments. "So, what's for breakfast?"

Gary smirked at her as the kiss ended, "Oh just a little something I whipped up for us. Pancakes, bacon, ham and oh sausage. How does that sound to you?"

"I guess it'll have to do," she teased with a grin, tracing a finger down his chest.

Gary returned the grin. "Oh, I almost forgot and coffee." As he leaned forward and kissed her softly. "I know it isn't your usual five star marine breakfast but I'm hoping you'll make allowances." He bantered back.

"You're right. Coffee will have to do. Normally I take Raktijino," she teased back. Now...how about desert before breakfast," she continued as her hands traveled farther down past his abdomen.

"I'll remember that for your next stay over." Gary bantered. "I can see why you are the marine CO. You have such wonderful ideas. Desert before breakfast sounds delicious."

Naxea smiled as she kissed him passionately.

Gary returned the kiss with equal passion as breakfast could wait. It was time for desert.
