Sapphire moved though the halls to Medical. She was under orders so, she made her way into Medical and asked for the first available doctor.

"I can get you Lt. Strode." Ens. Walton replied, she still refused to refer to that reckless woman as 'Doctor', "Unless you'd rather wait for Dr. Sthilg or Dr. Voight."

"No, that will be fine." Sapphire said with a polite smile.

"Right." Walton smiled, "Just come ahead in and wait in room B, please, Lt. Morgan."

Sapphire went to where directed and sat on the bio bed, kicking her feet as she waited for the doctor.

Tallia walked in next, a cup of steaming hot coffee in her hands, "Oh, hello, Lieutenant, I'm Dr. Strode, nice to meet you." She smiled, "What can I do for you today?"

"Ah i am here for my annual physical and that implant injection." Sapphire replied.

"Oh, okay, good." Tallia smiled, "So, let's have you lie down here so we can diagnose you thoroughly, give you the once over."

Sapphire did as requested. She removed her jacket and laid down on the bio bed.

Tallia initiated the sequence for the diagnostic bed to give Sapphire the once over, smiling as she did, this woman was drop dead gorgeous, "So, did Walton offer to get you a different doctor?"

"No." Sapphire was puzzled. "Is there a problem with my appointment?"

"Not at all." Tallia smiled, "The problem is Nurse Walton doesn't like me. Like, at all, and usually offers to get patients a different doctor or, as she once said, a real doctor."

"Uh why is that? If you are assigned here that makes you a real doctor."

"We disagreed about the treatment plan for a patient, she's still upset at me about it." Tallia shrugged, checking the diagnostic bed readings for Sapphire, "Okay, so, the good news is you've got nothing out of the ordinary healthwise, Lt. Morgan, so you're perfectly healthy."

"That's good news" Sapphire sat up."So that implant the Captain wants us to get?"

"Yes, that." Tallia remembered, going to get the implant and the hypospray that would deliver it out of the medicine locker, the same locked Walton had had the CMO lock her out of recently. Shaking the hypo as she came back, she looked straight at Sapphire, "So, got a preference to where this thing goes?"

"Arm is fine" Sapphire held out her left arm. "Not sure what this locator Implant is going to do. I don't go many places."

"I think it's mainly to keep you from being abducted." Tallia said, though her knowledge was limited, "Apparently that's a problem around here."

"Really? Gee and here I thought it was a safe ship"

"It is, especially for one this size." Tallia encouraged her patient as she administered the implant, "But in my time here, we've been invaded by Jem Ha'dar, had our entire command crew kidnapped by Romulans, and now we're flying between two Galor class warships. So, yeah, a little caution never hurt anyone."

Sapphire nodded at that. "Seems to be a lot of those stories going around."

"Yeah, but we've been lucky overall." Tallia said honestly, "And you're good now."

Sapphire stood up. "Thank you Doctor." She said with a smile.

"You're very welcome." Tallia smiled, "Come back anytime you need anything, we're always open." ~Welcome, Sapphire to the land of the Sapphos.~

Sapphire left the Medical, heading for Counseling.
