Alicia defiantly sat on a chair in the living of the Taylor Quarters, her heart was broken, her son was gone and she had nothing left to loose. Now she waited for Gary to return to find his beloved heir gone!

Gary entered their quarters, saw the look on Alicia's face and knew instantly something was wrong. He swiveled his head to look at Connor's crib. Saw it was empty and was instantly enraged. "Where is Connor? Where is my son? What have you done Alicia?"

“I haven’t done anything!” Alicia sat looking at Taylor. “He’s safe ... from them and from you!”

"Your own words betray you Alicia. You first say you haven't done anything. Am I to believe Connor climbed out of his crib and you did not notice? I think not. Then you condemn yourself with your next words when you say he safe." He crossed to her, inches from her face. "WHERE IS MY SON?" He roared.

Alicia flinched at the raised voice and being in such close proximity to Gary as he’d yelled. “I TOLD YOU!” She looked defiantly at him. “Connor is safe!! Don’t you get it? Just being your son makes him a target for every enemy you have! I’m already doomed he doesn’t have to be.”

"Damn right you are doomed!" Gary screamed. "You betrayed me and now you've taken my son! You will pay for your deceit and your treachery!"

Returning quickly to Taylor’s Quarters Heather could hear raised voices. Pausing at the door she pressed the chime rather than walking in, she needed to allay suspicion. The guard who answered let her in then resumed his post. Taking a deep breath Heather approached Taylor from behind nodding to Alicia that Connor was safely handed over. “Captain, is there something wrong?”

Gary spun on her, "Where is my son Heather? And the words coming from your mouth better not be I don't know."

“You think I know something about this Sir?” Heather kept her cool hoping Taylor was just testing her.

"I placed you in charge of watching him. He's not here. So? Where is he?" Gary countered.

“I ... have no idea Sir” Heather stood at attention hands behind her back. “Last time I checked in he was still here sleeping, as far as I know there’s been no one else here visiting your mistress.” She looked at Alicia.

"Did he suddenly sprout wings and fly away? Don't take me for a fool Heather. I ask you again, where is Connor?''

"What makes you think that I had anything to do with your son's disappearance Captain?" Heather tried to keep her cool but she knew she was in trouble and she dreaded to think of the consequences. She knew this day might come but at least she'd helped put the wheels in motion against Taylor.

Gary shook his head sadly at heather's reply. "I trusted you Heather. I believe a trip to Sthilg is in order." Gary replied venomously.

"Gary ... Captain! Please!" Alicia looked across at Heather. "She had nothing to do with this! It was me!!"

"It was you what Alicia?" Gary asked his voice calm, with an underlying current of tension running through it.

Alicia looked at Gary "I ... well I ..." She froze uncertain what to say that would sound plausible.

"Alicia ... Don't" Heather looked at Alicia. "I'm not afraid I'm ..." She looked at the doors as they opened and Sthilg walked in.

" Morning." The gorn said with an evil look on his face. Guessing the room his eyes fell on Heather. " Heather have you been a bad girl? I thought i trained you better than this." he said mockingly.

Heather looked at Sthilg "As I already told Captain Taylor I've done nothing wrong."

" Such a shame." the lizard relied as he shook his head. " Wait outside." he said coldly in a tone which was quite clearly an order.

Heather nodded and did as she was instructed stepping outside she stood watched over by a guard to make sure she didn't try to make an escape.

" What do you want me to do with her sir? Shall i throw her to my lizards or sell her off?" the gorn asked Taylor.

"Neither Sthilg." Gary replied a cruel smile on his face. "Take her and turn her into on of your hunters. Let Heather betray her friends. That will a just punishment for her."

The gorn smiled as he heard the captains request.. " Off course sir. Next time you see her you won't recognize her."

"No. Sthilg. I wanted her humiliated. Not altered or changed so no recognizes her. I want everyone to see what happens to even Inquisitors when they betray me." Gary snapped.'

" It shall be done sir. " the gorn said with a nod. " Have i ever failed you before?"

Gary gave the Gorn a long look before reply. "Not that I am aware of." He said simply.
