While many writers go for relationship plot lines, it is wonderful to see two writers actually getting into the nitty gritty of a relationship: The raising of their child With Naxea and S'hib, not only are we seeing a familial difference of doing things (like the guy being from Cleveland and the woman being from Singapore), but we are being treated to a completely opposite social way of doing things. While I am not completely familiar with how Bajorans and Saquus raise their young, these two writers make it where one doesn't need to know. They expertly fold the reader into the dynamic, almost as if we are part of the family. Very well done, the both of you!! Bill Aka Tonelly |

Naxea has certainly had an interesting character arc since I rejoined Ely. From losing her left arm in combat, fighting back to full strength with an artificial limb...her continued struggle to find and keep a good MXO (lol), to having the first Bajoran/Sequus hybrid baby, to now her current painful chapters with S'hib.
