My reason for giving this award to Commander Kyle Reece (aka Bill) is very simple. He arrived in Security against Lia's wishes, in response to Lia's fall from grace. This writer is in deed a surprise star, but not for any one JP or solo mission post. This writer has from day one, plunged into the madness that is Elysium. Alien invasion?? Shib is there, Security/Marine co-operation S'hib is your go to person. This writer also has a myriad of other characters, but for me it's S'hib. Another character which has surprised me greatly, when I first met this character I couldn't see her fitting in. BUT she has not only fitted right in, she has made herself available and is more than willing to get stuck into the storyline. In the short time I personally interacted with this writer, the character has bounced around like a ping pong ball in a hurricane. The sheer output makes you wonder if the writer or character is on something, they run rings round the sim. This character and her writer have appeared on my radar quite a lot, and I feel she should gain a reward for her hard work. She will take on allcomers and write a JP which oozes class, when I write with her she makes me feel as if she is a very wise and caring person. So well done and please, keep those JP's flowing. This may come as a surprise, but I think there are many times when our Captain shines when she steps back and allows others to lead the way.
