Season 5: Episode 2: Operation Save Humanity
Location: Arcadia
Timeline: TBC
5344 words - 10.7 OF Standard Post Measure
Kaden came out of his lab tray of mixes and glasses in hand his shoulder had healed up nicely and felt great. He had made a new friend in sickbay decided to pretty much let Freya go wild telling everyone she and him was a couple now.
Pretty much this whole near death thing he had just changed him a little so he sent out word to everyone on the ship he hold a memorial for those that didn't make it from the attack. Kaden was part of a community so to speak he felt he needed to do something to honor those that died.
Kyle Reece had recieved the invite from the ship's new bartender. After reading the message, he decided that it sounded like a great idea. So, once his duties were completed, he changed into comfortable clothes and headed down.
Likewise Garrett had received word of a memorial to honor those that that had fallen. He wasn't sure if he would attend or not. He would speak with Sam about it. He wasn't opposed to the idea but he was a private man and preferred to mourn in private.
Alicia walked through the doors of the bar holding onto her husband’s arm for support, she hadn’t long got out of Sickbay after her surgery, and birth of baby N’Vea but she didn’t want to miss the memorial to those lost. She smiled as she looked at Savar. “I’ve no doubt there’ll be a good turn out to this. The crew need to celebrate and mourn those we lost.”
Savar held Alicia's arm as they entered the bar, he did not want to risk her falling especially so soon after giving birth and her surgery. "I believe you are right Alicia. It seems others share your same feelings." He smiled at her. "Let us find you a chair or stool so you may sit and rest."
Alicia nodded. “I was just about to suggest that, my legs are feeling like jelly.” She offered a smile as she gazed at him her pale skin the only giveaway of what she’d truly been through.
"Come, my wife." Savar replied as he spied a table and escorted Alicia to it so they both could sit. "There, that is better. Now you can sit and still enjoy the evening."
Alicia nodded relieved to take a seat, she wasn’t sure how long she’d manage to stay but for now she would pay her respects as best as she could.
Damien sighed as he adjusted his uniform, running a hand through his hair, doing his best to flatten the dark brown locks. He wasn't sure he wanted to attend this memorial, but he knew that it was important to show his respects to the crew that had lost their lives.
So it was a few minutes later he was walking into the bar, casting an eye around the room, looking to see who had turned up.
Sthilg stepped through the door next having left his grandkids in capable hands. The doctor look shattered and he half-collapsed into a chair and had to stop himself from just falling asleep on the table.
Alicia gazed across to her father from where she sat. “Hey dad, you look as tired as I feel.” She grinned.
" Never go into genetic engineering, my dear. " The lizard said slumping slightly. " I've had to try and stop one of green'sss barbariansss DNA from falling apart."
The doors opened again and Gregor stepped inside. While his brothers and sisters were keeping to themselves down in the cargobays. However, he wanted to represent his people in recognizing the sacrifice that this crew gave to protect them. As he only knew a few people on the ship so far, he looked around for either Gary or Baeryn.
Jess walked in with a t-shirt, blue jeans, and a leather bomber jacket with wings and her squadron's patch on it. Leaning against a bulkhead.
Wearing her blue Kimono with the Sakara and Cranes upon it, Lia entered the bar and looked for her husband Gary. This wasn't a thing she enjoyed, but then saying goodbye to friends had sadly become routine on the Elysium.
"Goddess almighty. Now there's less of us Elysium vets here... and more of these kids." Jess mentioned. "Feel like I'm going to be changing goddamned diapers soon around this place." The Pilot noted.
Kyle heard her comment and chuckled. "Hell, I guess that means I'm the oldest one here." He extended his hand in friendship. "Commander Kyle Reece, Strat Ops, but soon to be an instructor at the academy. I'm a plank owner of Ely here. I was part of the initial crew when she was launched. Served under Admiral Sharr at the time."
Gary entered the bar, Lia was still getting ready but promised to be there shortly. Looking around he saw many of the crew here, He also saw one he hadn't expected and a smile crossed his face. "Gregor." He greeted as he walked up to the leader of the Outkasts. "It's is good to see you again. How are you finding life aboard the Elysium?"
"Brother Gary," Gregor replied quietly. "My people are settling in nicely, thank you. My sincere condolences on the loss of Captain Carrington. The only pleasant part of this whole bloody situation, is the Green is dead and his lakeys are either dead or in custody. However, I do not think we will be returning to New Canaan. There are too many bad memories here. But of vourse, the next question is...where do we go. I imagine occupying so much of your ship's space is not ideal for the long term." He paused briefly, then asked, "Where would you suggest we go, to rebuild our lives?"
Gary responded in kind. "Brother Gregor. I am delighted to hear your people are adjusting to life aboard the Elysium." He paused and replied somberly, "Thank you Gregor, thank you very much. It is a terrible loss but, I know she died protecting the ship and crew and that gave us the time we needed to take down Green and his super soldiers. As to where you should settle. I think you and your people would like a challenge and to that end there are a number of frontier worlds you could inhabit and call home."
Gregor looked slightly perplexed. "There are so many planets in your Federation...that....there is one that we could just...have?"
Gary smiled at the question. "We can find a planet that your people would feel comfortable living on and then petition the Federation Council to allow you to live, rule and claim the planet as your own. As you already have asylum, this is won't be an issue."
Gregor was flabergasted by this. "Brother Gary...this...this is more than we could jave ever dreamed of!" He paused to think, then said, "You will always have a home, wherever this world is. I will oversee its construction myself! I will make sure that it is worthy of you and your kindness."
Gary and smiled and shook his head and placed a hand on Gregor's shoulder. "Gregor, my brother, that isn't necessary. Your friendship and kindness is all I ask for."
Gregor dipped his head in respect. "And you will have it, always. Whenever you need me, all you need do is call." He raised a warning finger. "However, you will also have a hone on the soil of whatever world my people are granted. To refuse would be most insulting. Please allow me to do this for you."
Gary smiled and nodded his head. He knew when to stop and how much this meant to Gregor. He had no wish to insult him. "Thank you my brother/ I have no wish to insult you. Thank you for your kindness as well as your generosity. Both mean a great deal to me."
Gregor bowed his head slightly. "Thank you, a wise choice, Brother Gary." The Outkast leader then grinned. "Now, we just need a planet to build it on."
"There is that." Gary acknowledged with a smile.
Spotting Gary, Lia made her way to him. Her Kimono shimmered as she walked, the bright red Obi contrasting with the deep blue. Her Geta clacked as she made her way through the bar, the white Tabi socks almost flashed as her feet moved. Reaching Gary she slipped her arm through his, "Hi there, room for one more?"
Gary smiled brilliantly at Lia. He kissed her cheek even as she slipped her arm through his. " Hi there yourself and for you every time. Lia I'd like you to meet Gregor. He's the leader of the group of people we recently brought aboard. Gregor, this is my wife Lia." Gary said by way of introductions.
Gregor bowed respectfully. He then extended his right hand in friendship. "If you are Brother Gary's wife, then that makes you my sister. It is an honor to meet you, Sister Lia."
Lia returned Gregor's bow, "The honour is mine brother Gregor".
Jess spoke. "Commander, you're looking at a crew that owes their undying loyalty to Captain Phoenix Lalor. She earned our respect in a way Starfleet Command hated, so what do they do? They arrest her for 'treason,' put her goddesses knows where, and they put Captain Carrington here with her delusions of a perfect starfleet officer. I put up with it because these people's lives matter to me. Starfleet Command can go fuck itself, I care about this crew's lives."
Gary gave Jess a hard look, "Jess, I know what this crew has been through and I know Captain Carrington made the ultimate sacrifice. As for the rest, we'll talk after this is over. That's a promise."
Jess spoke. "Captain Carrington... LET those barbarians onto the Elysium for tea, scones, and our crew's blood, when she knew goddamned knew better. I saw one of our crewmembers used as a goddess damned battering ram by those savages. I gave her a full report on those sonsabitches.. and she let them onboard on the say-so of some little ass from the Diplomatic Corps. She was a fool, and she died a fool!!!" Jess turned to leave the party. "Put me in the brig if you wish. Everyone here knows who the real criminals at Starfleet HQ!!!"
Kyle moved over and gently stopped Jess. "Hey, while I understand your anger, please stay. This gathering is for those we lost. We need to stay, say something about those that are gone, so we never forget them. Please give them that respect?"
Jess calmed herself a bit and then stared at Garrett. "One day we are going to have a talk concerning Phoenix Lalor.. But not today."
Gregor watched the whole event. He too moved over to Jess. "Yes, Please, Ma'am. I must agree with your shipmate. You need to stay, talk to the group about anyone you knew that is gone. Your crew fought to protect my people. We owe you a debt that we can never repay."
"See that you do." Jessica noted.
Man'darr had entered and watched the outburst from Jess. He moved up behind her and placed his large hand on her shoulder. "This is not the place Jess," he said softly to her.
Jess calmed herself even more holding Man'darr's hand she then spoke privately with him. "Honor, Man'darr. I've always fought for it. What do we tell Crewman Hopkins' parents how he died. He was too young to die like that." She held onto Man'darr.
He looked down at Jess, looking into her eyes. "We tell them he died performing his duty. Died fighting to protect his Starfleet family. The details of his death would only diminish his memory to his parents and family, causing more undue pain for them."
"I don't know if I like that Consolation Man'darr... But I'll live with it." She sighed and embraced him.
The doors opened to reveal a party of three, Leilani, Emily and George. Walking in together Emily motioned towards Alicia and Savar, as well as Sthilg sitting nearby. Walking over she smiled warmly. “Hey Alicia, how are you?”
Alicia offered Emily a smile. “About as to be expected, it’s a case of sit down or fall down!” She grinned a wry grin.
“In that case I suggest you get plenty of rest” Leilani smiled as she and George walked over to say hi as well. She turned to look at Sthilg. “You look worn out Doctor, you need a well deserved rest.”
"I am trying to prevent the latter." Savar answered, "While attempting to get Alicia to rest as much as possible."
"I heard you had a baby girl," George stated happily. "Congratulations! How is she doing?"
“She’s doing wonderfully, thank you for asking” Alicia smiled warmly.
Savar added, "Alicia is a wonderful mother and she and N'Vea have bonded very quickly."
The bar doors opened again and Heather and Fernando entered. "Wow. Look Heather, there are a lot of the crew already here." Fernando whispered.
Heather nodded as she held onto Fernando’s arm. “It’s nice to see such a good turnout for such a solemn occasion.” She offered a smile. “Let’s find ourselves a table.”
"I agree Heather." Fernando announced. "There's a table over there." He pointed as they wove through the crowd to reach it.
Reaching the table Heather took a seat, making herself as comfortable as she could given the later stage of her pregnancy.
" I have more work to do after were finished here." The doctor said from his seat. " Most of green'sss men will need to be cryogenically frozen when they're ssstablised. Along with all of the ssship'sss injured and my grandchildren."
Alicia gave her father a worried look. “That sounded like you said the ship’s injured and my children would be cryogenically frozen as well.” She grinned.
The gorn let out a groan. " By the ancessstorsss, I need a drink."
Kaden was passing their table when he saw Alicia and the good Doctor. "Alicia! Doc! Nice to see you both."
" Nice to sssee you as well." The doctro said from his seat. " Sssorry if i'm not that perky the amount of work i've done will tire anyone out."
Alicia smiled warmly. “It’s nice to see you too Kaden. Thank you for doing this for the crew, it’s very thoughtful.”
"Thanks, it was the least I could do," Kaden said with a smile. "Glad to you see out of bed finally I hope your baby is well."
“Very well, Thank you” Alicia smiled as she looked at Savar then back at Kaden. “N’Vea is gorgeous.”
"I am sure she is." Kaden then pointed to the bar. "Please, make yourselves at home I have a wide variety of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy."
Alicia nodded. “Thank you we will.” She held onto Savar’s hand enjoying the atmosphere being with the crew even though she was feeling pretty tired.
"I know you cannot have any alcohol Alicia however would you like a glass of fruit juice?" Savar asked his wife.
Alicia nodded. “That would be lovely thank you Imzadi”
"I shall return shortly my wife." Savar said softly as he rose from his chair and headed to the bar. he returned moments later with two glasses of fruit juice which he set in front of Alicia. " Two glasses my wife One is cranberry/grape and the other also contains cranberry but with apple." Savar informed her. "You have first choice."
“The one with apple please” She smiled warmly. “After everything we’ve been through it’s good to see everyone together.”
"Certainly Alicia." Savar replied as he handed her the slightly lighter colored glass. He looked around the room at the growing number of crew. "I agree Alicia. This is indeed good for morale."
Alicia sipped her drink. “It’s a nice atmosphere, one where we can all remember those we lost. Captain Carrington may not have been popular but she gave her life for us, she deserves to be remembered for that.”
"Quite correct Alicia. Captain Carrington made the ultimate sacrifice and one can ask no more than that. She will be remembered for that." Savar replied as he sipped his fruit juice.
Alicia nodded. “I just hope she’ll be remembered for her sacrifice and not because she replaced Captain Lalor.”
Naxea entered the crowded room, having wanted to come to pay her respects to the other crew that had perished although the Marine Detachment had held one for their own earlier. She made her way over to an empty table and sat down, content with observing everyone at the moment.
Victor came into the room with Tonya. He appreciated the Captain but they had few conversations in her brief time on the ship. He respected her but now she is gone and he felt in some ways, he missed on an opportunity to get to know her better.
Ed Had waited until his boss walked in, then followed Lieutenant Barclay de Tolly in. Ed was wearing his Solarian Guard Dress Greens. He had a choice, but Starfleet uniforms did not show respect to culture. Some of the Fallen were warriors, They deserved no less than the best. This was what he was going to provide. His culture did not morn the dead, they rejoiced in the life that the person had lived, in the things they had accomplished. Funerals were for those left behind. To give a sense of closure. To celebrate a life well lived.
Once everyone was gathered Kaden made his way onto the stage smoothing out his sharp black clothes trying to look presentable. "Hi all, I'm Kaden Ross the new owner of Arcadia. First I apologize for the state of the place." He motioned around to renovations taking place. "Taking over from the previous owner has been a bit of more work than I expected but make no mistake you all are welcome to come in and have a drink anytime."
"Now I like to thank you all for coming I know we all wish this was for better circumstances. I know I am new somewhat to this ship and all of you. But given the recent attack, I felt it was the least I could do for everyone here and for those no longer with us. If we all came together to honor their sacrifices and their memories."
"It's been tough for all of us myself-..." Kaden started to choke up which surprised him was this near-death experience he had worse than he thought? He tried to gather himself as best he could. "Sorry, uh, please go ahead and enjoy yourselves." The barkeeper then quickly left the stage heading to the back.
Freya had been watching, she quickly followed the man she loved behind the rear of the bar. “Kaden?” She stepped up to him wrapping her arms around him. “Are you alright?”
Kaden's eyes were a bit misty but he nodded his head. "Sorry, just a bit jittery I guess." He kissed her on the lips. "Thanks, for checking on me."
Freya returned his kiss. “My pleasure, how’s about we get back out there?”
Kaden nodded but paused to pull himself free to make a quick drink and down it. Taking a few deep breaths to compose himself so the other would not notice he followed Freya back out.
Vira was caught off guard by Kaden's speech. She knew him enough to know that he rarely showed his emotions. She set down the rag she was using behind the bar and made to follow him into the back until she saw Freya entering after him. Knowing it was probably best she stay put she turned back around and tended to the bar.
Kaden returned to the bar fixing his clothes and trying to look like he hadn't exactly had a moment of weakness. He noticed Lovejoy clearing his throat as he approached him. "Commander, nice to see you again."
"Mr. Ross." Garrett greeted the bar owner pleasantly. "It is good to see you again as well. Thank you for organizing and putting this together for the crew. It is most thoughtful and needed."\"
"It was the least I can do, Commander," Kaden replied. "I heard about the Captain I am sorry I wish...I wish I could of..." He started to choke up a little.
Garrett nodded. "She died protecting the ship and crew Mr. Ross. I'm sure you did all you could and that is greatly appreciated."
"Thank you, Commander," Kaden said with a smile he then motioned to the bar. "Well, you are welcome to come on by anytime I would be happy to see you."
"Thank you Mr. Ross. You may just see me from time to time." Garrett replied with a small smile.
"Look forward to it, Commander," Kaden replied placing his arms behind his back as he gave a smile and nod before moving on.
After the speech, Damien let out a shaky sigh, looking around the room. Despite all the people in here, it still felt empty. All the people they'd lost making it seem just that bit quieter. Shaking his head, and the thoughts away, he made his way to the bar. Hopefully, Vira was working.
Vira was relieved with the turn out, even though something kept her glued behind the bar. There was enough staff that she could go mingle and even provide a bit of table service but still she was reluctant to step out from behind the bar. She tucked the rag into the back pocket of her low rise jeans. There was a uniform Kaden had requested but Vira, forever the rebel, wore what she felt most comfortable in. When she turned, tossing her long hair over a shoulder she caught site of Damien, and despite the sorrow she felt she smiled.
Damien glanced up and down the bar, eventually spotting Vira, smiling softly as he walked down the bar, squeezing between the guests with muttered 'Excuse me's.' And 'Pardon, can I just get through's.' Typical British politeness. When he finally got to her, he leant his elbows on the bar, grinning slightly at her. "Good evening, barkeep."
Vira gave Damien a flirty smirk, "Evenin' Mr. Blackford. Whisky on the rocks?"
"You know me so well." He said, grinning at her. "Top shelf whiskey." He leant across the bar, knowing he probably shouldn't, but he didn't care right now, and pecked her on the cheek.
The public display surprised Vira, freezing her momentarily in place before her cheeks warmed and she quickly turned around to ready his drink.
Kaden returned to check on Vira taking note of her attire which caused him to roll his eyes. "Damnit, Vira, I said to wear something nice." He said in low voice. Part of him worried just to spite him she show up naked Jesus the publicity from that be a pain in the ass to deal with.
Vira had to hide her snicker when she replied, "See what I thought you meant was 'wear something comfortable'' She glanced down at her attire, a plain black top and jeans, then raised her shoulders in a shrug, "and i'm pretty comfortable."
Damien looked up as he saw Kaden approach and heard his muttered comments. Unable to help himself, he grinned slightly. "I think she looks amazing." He quipped, winking at Vira.
Vira giggled at Damien as she readied his drink. When she turned to grab a whisky bottle she spoke low to Kaden, "I enjoyed your speech, as I think a number of the guests did." She gave him an honest smile before turning back around.
"It was a lovely speech." Damien agreed, nodding. "You did well, organising something like this. The crew needs it." Running a hand through his hair, Damien suddenly realised that he'd never even introduced himself to the bar owner. Extending a hand towards him, he offered what he hoped was a friendly smile. "Damien Blackford. Pleased to meet you."
Kaden took Damien's hand into his in a firm tight grip. "Kaden Ross, owner of this establishment nice to meet you." Then it occurred to him as he turned to Vira. "I did not say something comfortable I said..." He sighed and waved her god she was just as onery as he was at times. "Nevermind, you and I will discuss this later."
“I think what Kaden is trying to say...” Freya smiled as she appeared at Kaden’s side, her clothing was tasteful yet daring all at the same time. “Is wear something that shows you off in all the right places, it encourages the male punters to the bar more often to buy drinks!” She grinned a wry grin.
"While looking sharp." Kaden quickly added as took a towel tossing it over his left shoulder. "And I thank you both for kind compliments on the speech just something I felt needed to be said."
Vira smiled to both of them mischievously, "mmhmm. Sharp. Maybe a little provocative. I think I can manage that." She teased as she set Damien's drink down in front of him giving him a wink.
With a groan, Kaden placed one hand on the bar top the other on his hip facing Freya. "See what you started? You are giving the girl ideas." He was starting to feel like it was a terrible idea to hire Vira at times. "Look, I am trying to run a proper establishment, not a titty bar."
Vira furrowed her brows at Kaden, "What's a... titty bar?" She asked innocently.
Kaden blinked a few times not sure how best to explain it instead his face turned a bit red. "Um, maybe you should consult the database for that."
Damien couldn't help but smirk at Vira's innocence of the situation and choked on his drink slightly as she asked Kaden, grinning at the redness of the Bartenders face. "I wouldn't have taken you as the kind of man to get embaressed that easily." He said, teasing him slightly.
"Shut up, and drink your whiskey, kid!" Kaden was not one to be the source of amusement matter of fact he hated it.
Damien continued smirking, but held his hands up in an apologetic manor. "Apologies. Didn't mean to offend you." He said, taking another swig of his drink.
Kaden said nothing and topped off his glass grumbling under his breath. Before moving on to check the other customers nearby real quick.
As he walked off, Damien couldn't help but grin at Vira. "He seems like a fun guy." He said, chuckling softly.
Kathleen had stayed to herself, quietly occupying a corner as far away from the rest of the crew as possible. This wasn't her crew, and she had not known any of the people that they had lost, although she did attend out of respect for her new crewmates. Kathleen's main hope for the duration was to remain unnoticed and undisturbed, a task in which she had so far succeeded. But for how much longer...that was anyone's guess.

Dr. Katherine Taylor entered the room and looked around. She then noticed the leader of the Outkasts and approached him. "You are Gregor are you not?" Katherine was one of the few doctors from New Cannaan that practiced the old code of Hippocrates."
Gregor looked up from his drink and nodded. "I am, Doctor Taylor. On behalf of my people, thank you. You are part of the reason we have survibed the whole time. Those medical supplies you dropped were always quite helpful."
"I learned true medicine from the last of our colonies true physicians before they sold their souls to James Green. I wish my husband was alive to see this." Katherine mentioned.
"Green and his legacy of pain has finally stopped." Gregor responded, a small grin crossed his face. "Now, my people will finally live in peace."
It was then that Consul Vanessa walked up to Gregor. "Master Gregor." She stayed in her stately demeanor.
Gregor dipped his head respectfully. "Ma'am."
"It is my pleasure to report that, in light of recent events and hostility towards your people by President Green's regime. You and your outcasts have been granted asylum in the United Federation of Planets. You now have a chance of a new life in nearly two hundred member worlds and colonies in this Federation."
Gregor felt a swell of emotion in his chest. "Thank you! That is very wonderful news. "Now comes the time of trying to decide where we go from here."
Baeryn hadn't thought she would make it after the wave of morning sickness that had been plaguing her at random hours in the day. That morning had been the worst thus far. Though part of her wondered if it wasn't morning sickness at all, but her own reaction to the lives they had lost. She had agreed to meet David here and naturally looked for him before approaching anyone. She saw the female all but hiding in the corner. She didn't look familiar but Baeryn felt a sudden burst of curiosity and made her way over. "Hello." She said with a smile.
Kathleen was a bit disappointed to be pulled from her solitude, but returned the smile just the same. The woman seemed genuine enough, and her energy was pleasant. "HI." she responded, extending a hand towards Baeryn. Her skin was a bit cooler than most would expect. "Kathleen O'Shea. I am the new Combat...sorry, I mean Strat Ops chief."
Baeryn took the females hand and gave it a strong shake before pulling back. "Baeryn Whavi, Chief of Ops. Welcome aboard is in order I presume. You've just arrived yes?"
"Yes, this past evening." Kathleen's eyes moved quickly around the room before returning to Baeryn's. "I haven't even visited my shop yet. I figure there is plenty of time for that. So...I take it the last cruise did not go quite as expected."
"Unfortunely no, it did not." Baeryn glanced around the room at the others gathered, "Not exactly the warmest of welcomes, but I am glad your with us."
She gave Kathleen a warm smile.
A few moments later, David entered, wearing comfortable clothing. As he looked for Baeryn, he greeted several other crewmates. Finally, his eyes landed on the vision of beauty that held his heart and soul. Moving over, he gently wrapped his left arm around her lower back. "Hey," he said with a grin. "Who's your friend, Baer?"
Baeryn felt David's presence before his touch. She turned her face to smile up at him, "David, this is Kathleen our new stat ops chief. Kathleen this is David..." Her voice trailed off as she waited for him to introduce himself.
Smiling, David got the signal and picked up the introduction smoothly. "Hi, Corporal David Tonelly, senior Marine Scout Sniper here on the Elysium. Though, currently on a temporary medical leave of absence. Its a pleasure to meet you!" He gave Kathleen an honest and friendly lop-sided grin as he spoke, his cerulean eyes sparkling every time he looked at Baeryn.
"Tis a pleasure to meet you." Kathleen responded. "Former greenie myself. 16th Tactical Interceptor Squadron. Flew advanced scout during the Dominion War."
Smiling, David replied. "Well, once a Marine, always a Marine. And the pleasure is mine."
Jess walked forward wearing her bomber jacket. "Did someone say we have a new pilot here? We can always use more of those." She stated with a smile. "Welcome to easy company, pilot. Also known as the Elysium."
“While we are gathering,” Victor says with a smile, “I do have great news. Tonya and I are engaged now. She has transferred over to Logistics. She is now the Assistant Chief of Logistics.”
Baeryn turned hearing the announcement from Victor and started clapping. She made it a mental note to approach him later and congratulate him.
