=/\= Bridge T- Minus 60 Minutes =/\=
With the crew secure, and the civilians evacuated, Lily Kass, strode onto the bridge of the USS Elysium, with Jax and Lovejoy and Taylor right behind her.
Lily glanced at the current captain and XO "the doctor did a good job on you" she said with a smirk.
Garrett grunted, getting into mood as the unwilling prisoner. "He did seem to enjoy it. Just glad they aren't real."
Gary chuckled at the comment, "If they were real sir, you wouldn't be able to talk or stand." He observed looking at the nasty 'bruises' on Garrett's face especially at his jaw.
Lily snickered and looked around the bridge, "Big enough bridge for you both?" she asked sarcastically.
Gary eyed Lily and shook his head, "Actually no. I could go for some more room, you know? Just to spread out." He replied with equal sarcasm.
She quirked an eyebrow at him and sending Garrett a smirk walked over to the centre chair and sat down. "Hmm not very comfortable." She said innocently.
"Perhaps that is because you aren't big enough to fill it." Garrett fired back, getting into character and his 'hostility' towards Lily.
From the tactical station, Jax smirked slightly at Lily's comment. "Ship's offensive and defensive systems are all green, Captain." He was speaking to Lily.
"Good to know Jax. Thank you" Lily said calmly.
Alicia arrived to take her place on the bridge, she'd volunteered to be a mutineer and she had a lovely set of fake bruises on her face, though hers more from assisting the fake capture of the crew. Now all she had to do was get her head in the game, her cover story was she'd done this to protect her family but with her children and Savar off ship that had to refer to adoptive father Sthilg. She offered Lily a polite nod.
"Captain" She gave Lily a curious look. "You seem familiar some how, it's very odd."
"I am?" Lily asked as she pressed buttons on the command chair. She bit back the question of who made the dumb arse settings and glanced at the counselor. "Guess I have one of those faces."
Alicia nodded. "Yes, I guess you do." Getting up again for a moment she made her over to Gary. "Commander, I just thought you'd like to know that Connor is safe. I sent Savar off ship to keep our children safe."
Gary nodded gratefully, "That is wonderful Alicia. thank you and Savar for thinking and taking care of Connor in this difficult time.
Alicia nodded, "At least they'll be safe that's what matters right now."
T'las simply stood by at the rear of the bridge quietly, listening to the conversation of the other officers as they conversed. It was unfathomable to her that Starfleet would allow civilians aboard ships--a definite weakness and flaw of Starfleet, she presumed
Rin looked to Gary and Garrett. "Sirs, if you could secure the ship's classified data? I'd do it myself, but it would be most unfortunate if the Admiral asked this mutineer..." pointing to herself "...to access such information for him. I imagine you had time to put in your security codes before we took the bridge."
From his position at Tactical, Jax smirked slightly. "Once the information is secured, we should still try to access it. That way, when the Admiral arrives, he will see that we have been trying to break the encryption."
"That will help" Lily replied softly.
Garrett nodded, what they asked made sense. He looked at Gary, "Number One, let's get to securing the ship's classified information."
"Of course sir." Gary answered smoothly as he moved to the XO
s chair and began securing the data. After a few minutes he had finished. "Done." He announced.
Garrett nodded and began entering his own encryption code and a few minutes he had finished. Straightening up he looked at Lily, "The information is secured."
"Lets hope they remain that way." Lily said and then she stood up. The chair felt wrong to her but she was not about to say that. She just had to deal with the situation until they had their man in custody. "Computer, time on the clock" she said.
A countdown appeared on the clock - T-45 Minutes.
At conn, MIraj scrunched her bare feet into the carpet. She'd given up her uniform for a pink off the shoulder crop top and a pair of silver shorts. She had no idea what would happen with the crazy admiral, and she wanted as much skin contact with elysium as she could get, any slim advantage she could get for the when - not if , she was pretty sure of that- she had to do any fancy flying. They were in final position now, there was nothing more for her to really do. Just wait for orders. This was going to be the hardest forty-five minutes of her life.
Though he had already checked the systems, Jax rechecked them. He didn't want any error to occur that might cause damage to the ship, or loss of her crew.
Rin stepped up to a console. "Attempting to break encrypted intel....poorly," she reported with a slight smirk.
Lily gave Rin a smile. "Do your worst Lieutenant."
=/\= Medical T- Minus 60 Minutes =/\=
Kara was getting settled in medical, with most of the remaining medical staff either prisoners or off ship in shuttles she was now looking after Sickbay alone. If needs be she could have Sthilg pulled in to help but for right now he was a prisoner too. She tapped the comms.
=^= Sickbay to bridge, all is ready here Lily. =^=
[["Thank you Kara, keep it secure though"]]
=/\= Engineering T- Minus 60 Minutes =/\=
Myne had already been in Engineering for a while now, setting her work up, tearing off a few panels and finishing her work on rerouting systems in some manner that made sense only to her alone. Her PaDD was connected with cables to one of the panels and she moving between a console and her PaDD, making sure her last minute preparations were as done as they could be.
Hefting her pulse rifle and donned in full Marine Assault Armor, Gami leaned against a nearby bulkhead as she waited for the signal that they had arrived. "How is your project going, ma'am?" she asked, looking at the trill officer.
Turning towards the marine, Myne looked confused for a moment. "Huh? Ah, right!" It took Myne just a second to remember who was in her company as she had been so engrossed in her work that she kind of forgot about her surroundings. "It is far ahead of what I estimated, not far along as I hoped. Turning the ship into one big booty trap is at best a matter of winging it." She replied misusing a Human expression she clearly didn't really understand.
Gami bit her lip to keep from laughing. "Booty trap?" she asked. "I'm at least hoping you meant booby trap. Booty trap sounds like a name for an Orion strip club."
"Orion strip clubs are kind of fun." Myne commented without thinking about before she eyed Gami with a bit more intensity. "Boobie trap? If it can be a boobie trap, why can't it be a booty trap? That also sounds like a Orion strip club!" Confused, Myne shook her head and continued to work while she waited for Gami to explain.
'Yeesh! And I thought I had a dirty mind,' Gami thought. "Well, from what I understand, the most popular explanation is that humans coined the term back in the Seventeenth Century when sailors would set traps for birds called a booby. Thus the term, Booby Trap. But I suppose it also sounds like an Orion Strip Club...never really thought about it."
Shaking her head, Myne sighed. "Human are so weird. They have rather dirty minds. The more I try to learn about them, the more confused I get." Finishing with the wall panel she disconnected her PaDD and moved to the console. "I think this should do for now. Any more modifications now and I won't have time to work out the bugs and quirks. This should do. Are you ready sergeant?"
Gami grinned at the trill. "Well don't ask me--I'm still trying to understand them, though they can be fun. I'm always ready, ma'am."
"Good. If things go south here I am not going to be of any help. Gonna hide and transport to safety. Sorry, left my courageous, daring, fighting skills in my previous host." Myne grinned back at Gami.
Gami chuckled and nodded at the woman. "That would be best then, ma'am. Even though as a volunteer mutineer, I won't allow any harm to come to you or any of the other crew."

Anna entered the bridge with Josh and spoke through her helmet. "Think about it my beloved. We're about to pirate our very first Federation starship. Yo ho ho and a bottle of Romulan ale.:
"A special occasion to be sure. Maybe we can start our own starship hijacking business." Josh replied but to anyone listening it sounded like Romulan.
