In his first Roll Call solo, this writer made me cry tears of pain and sorrow. The realism that the character's daughter displayed was heartbreaking beautiful. It spoke of so.eobe who truly knows what pain is.

I hope that there are many more chapters to read through, while Teevs' writer brings both father and daughter "to life" for us all.

Truly excellent work!

For the post "The Igloo" part two of a four part series:

For Gary's portayal of Hans the bartender of the Igloo. For being the last person Miraj saw before being beaten up so badly. For being kind to someone in pain.
Lieutenant Commander S'hib

For his part in Part 1 of "Not Waving, but drowning" and being the supporting players in the witness of a character suicide. A terrible thing to have to see and played well so that the entire series could happen. Parts 1-4. Thank you for the enjoyable read.
Lieutenant JG Miraj Derani

For the series of four posts:

1 - "Not waving, but drowing" - A suicide
2 - "The Igloo" - For a real moment of kindness and concern between two characters.
3 - "Bones in the Stars" - For a moving portrait of someone wracked with guilt, the ghosts of those who died on her conscience and the journey to at least acceptance and the will to make a change.
4 - "De profundis, in tenebre"- Masterfully written, moving, a difficult read for a character so well liked.

One of the best posts from 2023.

Nominated for the post "Death, sweet death" which is a moving and powerfully short post that is intense and emotional. I am so impressed that such a short post accomplishes this for a character I have never even met.

For the Role of Commander Gary Taylor - For the post, "A special night for the Taylor's". There is a sweetness and sincerity to this recent post which I like. On the surface it's "just" a dinner scene. But its more than that. One gets a sense that there is genuine care and concern for each other in these characters. And it doesn't come off all "Ozzie n' Harriet" of the stars either. In particular is the little nudges that Lia gives Gary to just go to the conference. Which, I am sure, that many married folk can relate to when the spouse needs a push now and again. Thank you!

I just read Lia's journey, outside of Starfleet. I made my heart break! I wanted to rip that little prick apart for doing that to her!

Very powerfully written!

For all his hard work on the last mission, his NPC lead the way in the space battle and I think he should be rewarded for it.

This writer and character has in my opinion contributed so much since he joined, yes he can be difficult to get along with. But he is fully committed to this sim and his fellow writers, and that is something which deserves a reward. Commander Lia Holmes Chief of Security/Tactical aka Ayesha

Lieutenant S'hib ihas been a beacon of hope and camaraderie for me since I came aboard, always Happy to lend an ear, lend a JP Start, or just be a kind influence. There were many an occasion since I joined the ship where I lost motivation to continue, to give up or just quit Simming, as I was in a very dark place when i joined the ship. S'hib as a player and a person has Been a Major influence on keeping me Invested on the sim, and on developing both my characters, including one he encouraged me to dredge back from Retirement. - Mckay

I want to nominate Tom becuase he was the first person to reach out, and with a start that showed he's read my profile. It was lovely to engage so early with someone who could pick up something I thought was just a dumb detail and then run with it into a post that was a joy to write. It was a great welcoming way to start out on Elysium. -Derani

She's been such a workhorse this month, especially as her NPC, Dr. Tallia Strode. She's really helped keep our numbers up and keep the story moving. As such she deserves this award.

Not for any one character but for all of her superb characters. Each one a unique, special and real character. She is a creative and imaginative writer. The Elysium would be a poorer sim without her. Commander Gary Taylor

This player has been through some rough ties both IC and OOC and has always shone through on our game. Her love issues not withstanding and believe us they are epic, we would be lost on this game without Drea and Anje!

As nominated by the Crew, Commander Brett is an exceptional writer who flung herself into the mission and helped us immensely.
