Mission Summary

This mission is primarily intended to 1) provide a reason to keep Teevs and Kerilia on board, and 2) learn more about Lonian history, but it’s essentially a rescue mission.

The idea is that Elysium goes to Teevs’ home planet to get resources for their journey, maybe get some fresh air/take some shore leave before a long stretch of travel, and to also drop off Teevs and Kerilia. Things don’t go as planned when Teevs and Kerilia are arrested because of Kerilia’s status as half-Kavai, and Lonian guards start arresting Elysium crew for being associated with them. The Elysium needs to 1) figure out what the hell is going on, and 2) save the crew, Teevs, and Kerilia before they are executed for what’s seen as a major crime (a Lonia marrying a Kavai and having kids is strictly forbidden).

There’s moral dilemmas about interfering with another culture’s customs while also wanting to save Elysium’s own people.
